My husband and I had been looking into getting a new car and decided to jump in and go ahead. When we came in Nick B. was friendly and personable. He took the time to figure out what we were looking for, even though I was pretty sure of… what I wanted. When we decided on the Atlas he took extra time to show us the features and how to access them after we went home. This was an awesome experience and I will be back.

Great Dealership

I came in wanting to trade in my Jetta and get into a new Beetle but wasnt sure if it was doable. I was dealing with Cort Bailiff who was extremely helpful and… knowledgeable and didnt put any pressure on me at all! Corts direct manager Travis also made this a piece of cake by helping to get me a lower than expected interest rate and a good payment. I wouldnt do business with any other VW dealer than Dick Hannah, the service department is also terrific. Thanks again.HORRIBLE service and RUDE staff
by jahon on 01/12/2012updated 08/05/2025Purchased my car 2011 Volkswagen Tiguan from Dick Hannah Volkswagen. Worst mistake I have EVER made. From the start, they did a HORRIBLE job putting the clear cover protector on my hood (Durashield). It started peeling off almost… immediately and wasn't cut straight. After the THIRD time, driving from Eugene to Vancouver, WA. to the dealership, they did a decent job. After I washed my car the next day, I noticed a thin razor scratch where the previous Durashield was put on the hood. They said they would compensate me for my time and troubles by tinting my windows and putting on a tow hitch. When I came up to have the 6,000 mile service done, they somehow completely forgot about the agreement they made to me and gave me the runaround. I asked to speak to their manager, explained my situation (for the 5th time), and said he would look into it. By then, the service department was closed and I could not pick of my vehicle until the following day. I regret EVER stepping foot into that dealership. I don't plan on even getting my vehicle serviced from them again. Buyer beware. Most of the good reviews that are given for this dealership are most likely fake as well. by jlolott on 05/24/2013updated 08/05/2025When my husband and I decided it was time for us to purchase a car, we were not looking forward to going through the grueling process of dealing with car dealers, and the painful process that goes into purchasing a car. We decided to go to… Dick Hannah with an idea of what we wanted. After getting there, finding what we wanted (my husband found a vehicle for himself as well), test driving, etc. We were ready to start the paperwork process. After about 2 hours of back and forth negotiating we were driving home our new cars. Three days later we both received a phone call from the dealership telling us we had to return both cars cause they could not find a bank to finance us and our personal banks would not finance us for the amount we needed. This was very upsetting to us because we were aloud to take the cars home. When we went to return the cars I was very angry with the dealership and just wanted to drop the cars off and leave. I had previoulsy heard of this same situation happening to friends of mine. We were instantly approached by a dealer wanting to get me into another car. I was not on board after the previous experience. After some coercing and looking at other options, I decided to lease a new Jetta. I had never leased a car, so I had no idea what I was getting myself in to. The deal sounded great and I could handle the payments. When I left the dealership, I was clueless as to my mileage restraints and wasn't quite sure what I just got myslef into. I was just excited to have a new car. My lease just came up on being expired as of three days ago. I was not looking forward to dealing with the whole painful process all over again. A preson from the dealership named Greg had been contacting me for months trying to get me to come in and get another car before my lease matured. We went in and I can honestly say the experience was much better the second time around. Greg was very understanding, and helpful. He didn't try to talk us into anything we weren't looking for and he made me feel like he was on "our" side instead of there just to make a quick buck like were treated before. I am glad a gave the dealership a second chance and will be back to do business with them again. Even though I did not get another Volkswagen, it was a more pleasant experience than the first time.I love my new blue seats!
by newblueseats1 on 02/27/2013updated 08/05/2025I purchased a 2012 VW Jetta with ivory leatherette seats. When buying it I asked salesman, will the seats turn colors with dye like jeans. "NO WAY! this is leatherette and VW has had no problems with their seat covering." Well after 500… miles I bring my car back with blue seats- no help and no solutions unless I want to pay to have my seats recovered. Dick Hanna will not help- nor will VW. Do not buy a VW, and do not even go to Dick Hanna for anything.Great Experience

It is a company car and we were working on a tight budget for the quality of car we wanted.… Greg was able to help us meet a mutual agreement on the car price and our monthly payments. Another bonus of purchasing it through Dick Hannah is the customer loyalty program. I'm very happy with the purchase so far and expect I will continue to be.Positive Review for Greg F.

Very, very happy with my whole purchase to include price/value and getting the deal done on my timeline… in an efficient length of time...very important since I was only in town a short time on leave primarily to visit family over the Holidays. Found applicable OR registration rules to allow for OR registration with me living out of state Active Duty USAF (home of record has always been Oregon). My highest recommendation!!! -Trevor L.
