Larry Llorente was a very professional, knowledgeable salesman. He wasn’t pushy, and knew when to keep the conversation going and when to let us have a moment to talk. Jacob in finance was easy to deal with as well, and gave us lots of options. Definitely will be buying my next vehicle from Dick Hannah VW Vancouver.

My first time buying a car off thee car lot

I walked into this dealership feeling sick to my stomach and walked out feeling so confident in the car I purchased today! Nicolas (big beard) was awesome. He took the time too hear what I needed in a vehicle and gave me great recommendations. Most importantly he was kind, knowledgeable and patient. I didn’t feel like he was twisting my arm to purchase. I also worked with Jacob and he took care of finding me an excellent deal in their financing department. I seriously walked away from this deal feeling like I made a really good choice and grateful that they were able to finance me within my monthly budget and include the warranties that I wanted.

ID4 Purchase

Ordered ID4 in November, took delivery in July. Nicholas kept me informed every step of the way. Communication and ease of purchase was top notch. Only hitch in the process was no one at Dick Hannah knew the size of the trailer hitch on the ID4. We were given incorrect information which led to a number of speed bumps, all were surmounted. The entire experience was nice!

I have just purchased a 2017 golf alltrack . I have been a long time vw owner but I must say that this car far exceeds my expectations. My sales rep, Larry, was fantastic. He helped me understand how to navigate my info system. Patience par excellence!!!! I have been with Hanna VW for many years but Larry has made this one of the best experiences yet. I have had my car now for three weeks and I still am in love with it. Thanks Larry.

My 2012 diesel Golf was subject to a recall. I went to the dealership to explore my options. I was impressed by Nicholas Blystone's knowledge and helpfulness. He steered me (no pun intended) through the process of recognizing the issues I needed to decide. I surprised myself by opting for a 2017 Beetle. I would recommend Nicholas and Dick Hannah to anyone. I also found their service to be good over the almost five years I have owned my Golf.

We drove from Tacoma to Vancouver looking for one particular Jetta and found out it was sold.
