Got my dream truck at Sunset Ford!!!

He listened to my wants and needs, didn’t try to sell me on something that was overpriced, and went above and beyond in trying to get me to my target price. He went… over options and pricing, and gave me an excellent price for my trade in. David, the GM, also worked with me and again, didn’t feel pressure me into anything. Overall, great experience, easy going, and I came out with my dream truck at a great price.Thanks again David and Tom!Highly recommend Sunset Ford in Sumner👌👍Out standing

by Dina on 06/28/2019We purchased a truck from Sunset ford that they just got as a trade in and it had issues and they promised that everything will be fixed by the time the will give it to us, so we got the truck and guess what nothing was fixed, even the 3rd… break light wasn't working, so we went camping as we believed everything was fixed, on the road check engine light came on and all other stuff that were supposed to be fixed were NOT fixed. We brought the truck back and the manager said don't worry guys write everything that is not working down we will fix it. The next day we got a call from manager named Jim, first of all he was very rude, not professional at all and doesn't know what customer service is. (You'll get much better customer service when you spend 100$ at a grocery store than spending tens of thousands dollars here in Sunset Ford). It appears to me that they don't care about you they just care about the money and since they already been paid by the bank they say screw you and your problems, we got your money ha ha. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone buying anything from Sunset Group, they will lie to you and make you feel like you are a stupid person And as they say we care about clients so they can come back, no they don't if they did I wouldn't be putting this review here. This review will remain 1 star (I wish I could give them 0) until they make it right. Be the man of your word and fix this situation.Clay is an exceptional Salesman
by Steven_W on 05/18/2019My wife and I were in the market for a new F-150 and we were drawn to Sunset Ford because we had purchased vehicles from Clay in the past when he used to work for West Hills Ford in Bremerton, WA. When we arrived, Clay was ready to help us… with his knowledge of the inventory thy had on hand, and also to look up F-150s that we had seen on websites for other Ford Dealerships. Clay was able to provide us with vital information that would become important and enabled us to make an informed decision that led to us purchasing a 2018 F-150 XLT. With the incentives that Sunset Ford was offering, along with our need to trade in 2 vehicles that we were upside down on (we owed more on the vehicle loans than what the vehicles were worth) we were able to get financing that was well within our budget, and drive off the lot. Clay also helped us discover the F-150 that met our needs and expectations. I wanted power and performance, while my wife wanted technology and accessories. The F-150 we purchased met both our expectations. Clay's patience with us as we test drove 3 trucks paid off for us, as we found a truck with all the options we were looking for. I had an appointment and met with Dillon Day who really took the time to understand my needs and worked hard finding me the perfect truck. Dillon was very… informative throughout the process, educating me on the different truck options and and answered all my questions/concerns. After test driving a few options we stumbled upon the perfect truck and helped me through the entire check out process.
