Exceptional experience
by Husky44 on 09/15/2023Ordering a new vehicle should be similar, to a child's perfect Christmas. I built my 2023 Defender online and took it in to JLR Spokane. They, didn't hit me with markups or play other games that many dealerships use to inflate their profit.… We negotiated a fair price with no pressure or tricks. Throughout the scheduling and build process they kept me informed and answered questions promptly. I kept waiting for the games, but all the way through delivery I received courteous, responsive service. This is what car buying should be like. I HIGHLY recommend.

My order had several challenges due to the chip shortages due to the covid pandemic. It was very refreshing to deal with a company that was… honest from the very beginning and not be strung along. Excellent Experience

We had actually decided to go to look at a few different cars of the same model, but came back to Land Rover of Spokane. He explained every feature to us and was available… for all questions. Best experience I have had buying a car. Definitely recommend Antonio, if you are looking for a great buying experience. Bought a Range Rover here, broke down in 2 days
by Mich on 11/08/2022If you plan to purchase a car here, re consider. We purchased a certified pre owned 2019 Range Rover on 10/28, car broke down done at start on 10/30/2022 which is two days later. Had to towed it to nearby dealer , 9 days later service found… out the power module needs to be replaced, but part is from UK and back ordered. I purchased a car drive for 2 days, and paying for car payment while it’s sitting in the service shop with no ETA of when it will get fixed. Contacted manager , he’s not giving a solution. And stated Washington state lemon law doesn’t cover used cars. So it was my un lucky day bought a car with power issues, certified pre owned means nothing at this dealership. After I check out their Yelp reviews, I found out I was the only one they cheated. Reporting this issue to Land Rover USA and consumer rights at Washington state attorney office.Straight forward- Simple- Fair and Efficient

Their process is geared to help people simply find their car and be fair to them with the trade in. I've never had a car deal that didn't go back and forth 5… times or more and worn out after multiple hours. Was grateful for their efficiency, effectiveness and integrity based sales approach. Incredible customer service and no hassle buying

Thankfully, my salesperson was diligent about keeping in touch as I… was readying to upgrade to a new/newer model. The trade process was seamless and I drove my new car home last weekend. Glad I switched

So I visited Spokane Jaguar Range Rover to investigate the possibilities at the behest of my daughter who has a R.R. I was… referred directly to a particular individual sales representative. Very likable and knowledgeable. No pressure and a dream to work with. It took just a short time to decide the Land Rover Discovery Sport was ideal for my needs. Test drove it. Slept on the idea one night and bought the car the next morning. Decided against a trade in so sales rep came and picked me up at me home. Talk about accommodating! Purchase process was expedient and seamless. Sales representative took a lot of time to familiarize me with the "new to me technology" and be sure I was comfortable. 2 hours later I was a proud owner of a LR. The follow up has been superb.
