Ordering a new vehicle should be similar, to a child's perfect Christmas. I built my 2023 Defender online and took it in to JLR Spokane. They, didn't hit me with markups or play other games that many dealerships use to inflate their profit. We negotiated a fair price with no pressure or tricks. Throughout the scheduling and build process they kept me informed and answered questions promptly. I kept waiting for the games, but all the way through delivery I received courteous, responsive service. This is what car buying should be like. I HIGHLY recommend.
