This is our 6th vehicle from Camp. We love our Chevys. There are other Chevy dealers in town, but at Camp they always work hard to help us get the right Car at the best price for us. Can’t thank them enough. When we are ready for… vehicle 7 this is where we will be going. Thank you again, Rick and Kara Snell

by hawk4x4 on 10/22/2015updated 11/12/2015I just recently bought a new home and one issue was that my 2014 GMC Sierra was too long for the garage. I decided to go shopping for a new vehicle. It was a easy decision, I just went to Lithia Chevrolet of Fairbanks and had Dave Spaulding… walk me around the lot until we found the truck I was looking for. I had an easy time using Delissa in Finance and Walt Rodgers the general sales manager to make the sale complete. Larry Reger was also a big help. Thanks to all the folks that made this happenJack
by Scarecrowp on 11/05/2015updated 11/12/2015I have always had a positive experience with Camps Service Dept. This time around I had the oil changed and a seal in the rear axle seal fixed. The oil change was covered under my lifetime oil change coverage. Thes seal was covered under… my extended Warranty. While no one likes car repair bills, I have found that an extended warranty up front gives you less heartburn in the long term. Pay you now or pay you later, each customers choice.New Car
by priebesm on 10/28/2015updated 11/12/2015If you want the best service go see John Levine! Not only is he professional in every way, he understands the time is precious. He knew what he was talking about, fast yet accurate on the paperwork and true joy of a salesman. I strongly… recommend this dealership to all furthermore, go see JohnAdding costs to an online deal
by ticked___off on 10/26/2015updated 11/11/2015I had a deal set up on a 2015 Camaro From Camp Chevrolet online and over the phone.I talked to the sales person and verified the costs..Special price..documentation and licensing fee. I was told I could have a different color stripe put on… it.The sttipe was part of the deal. I arrived to find that there was a $700 fee added on for the stripe.I told the sales manager that that wasn't the deal we made. He said well I wanted a stripe and it costs $700.I stated I didn't inow I woulr be charged again for a second stripe..He offered to cut that in half but refused to stick with the deal. The general manager came out and said that if I didn't pay he wadnt going to sell me the car..I drove 3 hours for this car andtook a day off of work to have to deal with this mess..I would NOT recommend Camp Chevrolet..The are not honest!Inconvieneced and poor attitude
by Berto0555 on 10/23/2015updated 11/11/2015We brought our 2015 Tahoe in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to program new key FOBs. The oil change and tire rotation were completed uneventfully. The service department was unable to program the 2 key FOBs and in the process… disabled our functioning key FOB resulting In the car not starting and having to leave it at the dealership overnight. The service department did not have a loaner vehicle or curtousy car to use and I had to ride home with one of the maintenance personnel in their personal vehicle (he was nice and professional). The next day when our vehicle was finally able to start we were not offered to have our vehicle delivered to us or for someone to pick us up, so my wife had to clear her schedule and I had to take time off work in order to pick up our vehicle. Because I did not purchase the key FOBs from the dealership, they decided to not attempt to reprogram the FOBs again. We ended up purchasing a FOB from the parts department for $150 but was later told it should have been covered under warranty (did not receive a refund). When the FOB arrived and was programmed my wife asked the service department if they planned to waive the programming fee, the service personnel said with an attitude "ma'am it's only $30". He did however waive the fee but as she was leaving, once again with an attitude he said "You two ladies have a nice day" (my daughter is less than 2). My wife felt incredibly insulted and immediately called me to say she never wants to go back to Camp Cheverlot for service again. After spending over $60,000 on a vehicle I as disappointed with my first interaction with the service department.IT COULD BE BETTER
by radar679 on 10/17/2015updated 10/26/2015After realizing that we had some issues and their was some misunderstandings Brian worked hard to get them resolved. The problems are being taken care of and Brian deserves a huge thank you for doing so. We are looking forward to a long… term relationship with Camp and are pleased with the car that we purchased.5th purchase!
by bear69bunny on 10/06/2015Excellent deal & service! Thanks for all that you do Brian Horn!!The real Perry
by Ken_Perry on 09/12/2015Contrary to a posting by someone named jesseeperry (not my son JesseMPerry nor I), my experience with this organization was top notch. I found the staff, especially Amanda Meyer, to be honest, pleasant and helpful. While my loyalty has been… to Alaska Sales in Anchorage for many years, when they did not have what I needed I found it here. Thank you all so very much!Ok service
by Jesseeperry on 08/29/2015They will tell u the car might be outback and sell it to you then tell u it will be in at end of week then it will keep getting pushed out only buy a car from them if its on the lotBad paint job
by Gregory1971 on 08/09/2015Truck had bad paint that was flaking off. Took the dealership a month to get truck in to do the work and once they got it took another month to do the work. When got the truck back they didn't even check the quality of work done. Truck was… not buffed out properly and had wet sanding marks still in paint and and truck was not properly cleaned before buffing which left scratch on many parts of the truck. Truck even can back with a deep scratch. When I picked up the truck it looked like it had been sitting outside parked for a very long time. The amount of weather dirt on truck showed it has been sitting parked outside for at least two weeks after paint job was completed. When a job like this is done I would have expected a detail of the outside of the truck. But like I said truck was returned with a lot of dirt on it. When I dropped off the truck for the repair it had a full tank of gas when I got back it has less then a half tank. Which means someone used the truck for there personal needs. I'm very disappointed in this kind of service and wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.Great Team work
by sstowman on 03/01/2015The staff has always been nice and answered my questions in a professional and friendly manner.
