The dealer was slow to get back to me and was unwilling to negotiate prices AT ALL even though we were within 5k of each other's price for a car that has been on their lot… for 80+ days.Outstanding Price and Customer Service

When we saw the pickup we wanted on True Car, we contacted Bill Gibbens and bought the rig that afternoon. We knew the price was right and… we appreciated the “no haggle” philosophy. We were treated fairly and feel great about our new pickup and the knowledgeable sales staff. Spokane Hyundai treats you right. by Kisa on 09/06/2019Requests for accurate sales transaction document had been ongoing since 09Feb2019. Requests ended 06Sep2019. Too much time spent trying to resolve the issues (6 months). The following is something that one should never have to request… for a sales transaction. As of 06Sep2019, the vehicle sales documentation is still incorrect. Final request for documentation from Spokane Hyundai: • A Spokane Hyundai RETAIL PURCHASE AGREEMENT that establishes that on 09Feb2019 that the amount financed was $0.00. Revised documentation received on 02Sep2019. • A Spokane Hyundai RETAIL PURCHASE AGREEMENT that records the dates that my personal checks were received. That documents a personal check for $XXXXX.xx was received on 09Feb2019. That documents an additional personal check for $XXXX.xx was received on 21Feb2019 (per request from Spokane Hyundai due to a RETAIL PURCHASE AGREEMENT documentation accounting error). Revised documentation received on 02Sep2019. • A Spokane Hyundai RETAIL PURCHASE AGREEMENT document that establishes the fact on 09Feb2019, that there was $0.00 down payment and $0.00 amount financed. Accurate down payment amount unchanged in revised document received 02Sep2019. Signing process for purchase of a new vehicle: 4 hours; 21 page sales document. Take all proposed sale documents home before you sign anything. Read it page by page, especially page 20 of 21 - the RETAIL PURCHASE AGREEMENT. If something does not have a written description, it doesn’t exist. The floor salespeople are genuine professionals and seem to be good people. Trust but verify.No trusted
by Disappointed on 03/21/2019I bought a Hyundai Elantra 2018 new on September 2018, while they were trying to convince me to buy the car they offer me with a purchase a 1 year of full service oil change filter etc, how disappointing was when l schedule the first… service a week a go and they tell my husband there was not a such thing and we have to pay(of course we did) but for sure this will be the last time we serve with them and we buy from them, l call them and look all the papers and it’s not written so l can’t said anything else other than DONT TRUST THEM make sure everything is writing because they promise everything to hooks you up
