The following is something that one should never have to request for a sales transaction. As of 06Sep2019, the vehicle sales documentation is still incorrect. Revised documentation received on 02Sep2019. • A Spokane Hyundai RETAIL PURCHASE AGREEMENT that records the dates that my personal checks were received. That documents a personal check for $XXXXX.xx was received on 09Feb2019. That documents an additional personal check for $XXXX.xx was received on 21Feb2019 (per request from Spokane Hyundai due to a RETAIL PURCHASE AGREEMENT documentation accounting error). Revised documentation received on 02Sep2019. • A Spokane Hyundai RETAIL PURCHASE AGREEMENT document that establishes the fact on 09Feb2019, that there was $0.00 down payment and $0.00 amount financed. Accurate down payment amount unchanged in revised document received 02Sep2019. Signing process for purchase of a new vehicle: 4 hours; 21 page sales document. Take all proposed sale documents home before you sign anything. Read it page by page, especially page 20 of 21 - the RETAIL PURCHASE AGREEMENT. If something does not have a written description, it doesn’t exist. The floor salespeople are genuine professionals and seem to be good people. Trust but verify.
