  • Service Appointment--Oil Change

    The service icon indicated that an oil change. I called the dealer and was able to get in about 3 hours later. The vehicle was taken in on time and returned on time and for the price expected. I have been quite satisfied with all my service appoints. The vehicle was not purchased at this dealership.

    We just bought our 2020 Honda Passport recently and had to have some work done on it. I chose this dealer based on the reviews they had online and I am so happy I chose this service department. David was our SW and he was fantastic. He even lent us a loaner car while we had it in and we hadn't even bought it at their dealer. Now that is customer service. We will buy our next Honda for sure because of the way were treated by him and others. You've got a fantastic service department!

    I have lived in Spokane for 7 years and have always had my Hondas serviced at AutoNation Honda. Appointments are easy to make, communication is clear and simple, and they do excellent service. Tim was great at arranging new tires for my Honda.

  • Helped with battery replacement in my 2017 Ridgeline

    After Acura (Auto Nation) shrugged me off a bit by saying they needed a receipt, my ol man suggested i contact the Honda Service Dept directly. They (cant remember his name) jumped on it, tracked down the battery install in lewsiton, i came in, they tested the battery, found it faulty, and replaced it (it still was within the 100 month warrantly). All in less than 1/2 a day. I really appreciate their service and speed yesterday.

  • Service Dept Needs and Overhaul

    Best way to get repeat sales is to take care of the customers who have bought vehicles from you. You do not do this by taking three hours for an A1 service. Especially when they had a scheduled appointment. I won’t be back for service and I won’t buy another vehicle from you.

    • I’ve already been through this a couple times with your service department and am not interested in talking to your GM again. Your service department is the absolute worst I’ve ever dealt with several times and you guys don’t change anything. We’ve been Honda customers since 2006 and can honestly say…Auto Nation Honda in Spokane Valley is THE worst. We won’t be back.

    I was so lucky to have been helped by Josh. G! He was absolutely amazing. My significant other and I went in to trade his car. Next thing I know I'm purchasing the car of my dreams!!! He was so patient, answered all my questions and we even got to know each other thru art! You can bring your well behaved dogs in, which made things soooo much better.     Due to the supply chain issues it took 2+ months to get my car delivered to the dealership. I was able to get my questions answered immediately whenever I called. My salesman called me periodically to keep me updated on when the car was built and the progress of when the ar would be delivered.

    After nearly 3 months of wondering what was wrong with the front of my truck auto nation finally figured it out. However, it took nearly a month to get the parts and figure out my extended warranty! But it was repairs and both sets of struts replaced! As irritated as I was Kylie did a good job and took care of me.

    I had a really good experience going thru Auto Nation with purchasing my car. Sam, the salesman, did a fantastic job throughout the whole process. He kept in touch till i was ready to come in and was not over the top or too pushy. Which was a deal breaker with me and other salesman at other dealerships. He also made sure to show me every feature on the car and made sure everything was working like it should. Overall, he and Chance, the finance guy, did a great job with explaining everything to me and answering any questions i had and still have.

    David in the service department was amazing! I went in for an oil change and point inspection. Dave explained everything and made sure the care was taken care of. I started asking David about seat covers for my car. By the time the vehicle was done, he already had names of companies to speak with about the covers. He said once I inquired from the company, he could order them for me and quote me for the install. Now that was great service!

  • Tires were replaced because of screw damage

    Having to replace all 4 tires was a shock because I was expecting only 1. But they explained with an all wheel drive the tread needs to stay with margins. I found a less expensive quote and they matched it plus gave me a loaner car to get on with my day.
