  • Passenger airbag recall service needed, "customer requested inspection"

    I called and scheduled the recall service for passenger airbag in our Tahoe. I received email confirmation of appointment as expected. A day or two later, I received another email confirming appt, but this one had another service listed, "customer requested multipoint inspection". I expect a service department to do an inspection when they have a vehicle in for service, but I don't expect nor accept the outright lie of saying it was "customer requested".

    The Autonation team has taken selling cars to a new level. We took two day making up our minds on the car for my son. Once the choice was made, we were given the very best treatment imaginable, coffee, tea, pizza, carfax reports, future car car etc. this is one top notch dealership.   • Great Car Purchase Experience

    Purchased a 2019 Subaru Wrx Sti. The car was in great condition and all service was up to date and performed their service department. The sales representative Michael provided by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had. From the time I called to test drive the car to the time I drove off the lot Michael was very helpful and did whatever he needed to make the experience great for me. Michael went out of his way in multiple occasions to provide excellent customer service. I will recommend Michael for anyone I know looking for a car and will seek his assistance again if I ever purchase another car from Autonation Chevrolet.

    I brought my car into the dealership for a power steering and Stablitrak problem that kept showing up on my dashboard. I was told that the power steering wasn't a problem that needed to be serviced according to the diagnostic that was ran. So the alternator was replaced as well as the fuel injection pump. I asked for an invoice to be sent to me weeks prior to picking up my car (even emailing the GM) and never received it no matter how many times I asked. I finally went to pick up my car (mind you no one even showed me where my car was located so I had to walk around and find it myself) and the next day I go to leave for work, my car dies on me not wanting to start again whatsoever with the same exact alerts on my dash about servicing the power steering. I was then told it "sounded like a manufacturer malfunction with the alternator which rarely happens." Having paid almost $1800 to get my car back with the same problems that I brought it in for is crazy. As a single mom coming up with that kind of money was difficult. Having my car is very important and now I am again without my car for who knows how long. I would much rather have taken it to Camp Chevrolet or a local shop had I known this was going to happen. After this whole experience I will definitely be taking my car elsewhere to get serviced.

  • Service repair

    Brought Corvette in for Brake squeaking noise, after 3 days waiting for special grease, paid $300 for the repair because Auto nation does not honor 3000 miles limited warranty. Corvette still has the same problem Brake squeaks noise

    I received a coupon online for oil change for $44.95. I could not find it when I got there and they said it was not possible so l had it serviced anyway as I was waiting I found another coupon for 15% off and they honored it. I am a senior citizen with limited funds. The person who helped me was very courteous and understanding.

    They have been very good, to deal with. I particularly like there service manager, i had an issue with the service advisor, granted some was my impatience, but the service manager quickly de-escalated it. I will always take my Chevy's to Autonation Chevy in Spokane

    Always a pretty pleasant experience as far as car maintenance goes. They are very fair about not charging you for unnecessary things. I have been going there for about 20 years now.

    i was overcharged for something that my warranty covered. joshua was the one who helped me and he didn’t even put in a claim for my warranty, and continued to charge me hundreds of dollars when my warranty covered what needed to be fixed. at most, i should have only paid $100.

    We just purchased my dream truck: Jeep Gladiator Willys Sport and it is perfect- the nicest truck I have ever had! Our salesman Andrae was so personable, honest, kind and knowledgeable throughout the sale. He was very supportive and engaged with any questions I had, and was patient as I test drove and explored my new vehicle. He genuinely cares that I am satisfied with it, even after the sale. Jeremy, the finance manger was very professional, friendly, honest and efficient. He was thorough and made a normally unpleasant process very prompt and smooth. They made sure all our questions or concerns were answered. They even made sure the tank was full before we went home! This was the best truck-buying experience we have ever had. We appreciate them and their help getting me into the perfect truck I have wanted for years! We would definitely recommend this dealership and sales team.

    I DO NOT recommend the service department. While I haven't had any services done here, the vibe is off. I've been twice to pick up items, was not greeted or acknowledged either time even though there were employees available. I'm all for playful banter with your co-workers, but it's unprofessional when it's in the front of office. These are the simple things, it doesn't make me confident that they can handle the hard things. I'll continue to take my service business elsewhere.
