It took 6 hours!

Our sales person was friendly, so friendly that he ignored my questions while he did small talk. It took 6 hours to buy a car that was already picked out and trade a beautiful truck in. First they tried to totally low ball the trade, then cam up a couple thousand after we were going to walk out the door. No one was there to clean our new truck because it got so late. They had no idea how to process a purchase to get it licensed in AZ. I will never buy from there again.
