Overpriced and Slow
by GMC Acadia on 05/23/2025Brake service took entirely too long to complete. 8 hours for front brakes is ridiculous. Customer service was nonexistent - no response to texting service for over an hour is unacceptable. Price was excessively high. Over 20% higher… than competitors. If I didn't *NEED* the service done the same day, I'd have gone elsewhere. Completely disappointed in my experience.Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Very pleased with the treatment I get from my service advisor. Worth the trip from MT!

They have always treated me right & taken good care of me. 12/21/24- You guys went above and beyond and helped me secure a newer vehicle with all the specs I was looking for… and even worked a better deal. Special thanks to Bill Noble & Cole & the one other gentlemen that I accidentally forgot his name. They waited for me to come over from Montana and stayed open to help us close the deal so thank you guys! With the market being the way it is today for used vehicles & loans it is very tough. The quote i originally got was a bit high and I understood that going into this. BUT the team at Autonation Chevrolet (Bill Noble, Cole, & any others that helped make this happen) went out of their way to work a deal with the bank and get me into a newer vehicle and the payments practically the same! You guys did a great job & I was shocked and extremely impressed. They definitely will keep my business with the service they continue to provide me going on the last 4 years! Pls note the reason for the upgrade was because the 2018 Acadia did start to show some issues. And for being a 2018 in the end of 2024 with only approx 92k miles is relatively good! I was not planning on getting a newer model but had to do what was best. I am just glad I got a newer model & with only 61k miles on it. Quick and efficient
by RW on 10/14/2024Had to get a jump out at state line due to bad battery. Normally go to AN but was in Idaho, ran over to Knudsen, not even a hello. 3 weeks out for a battery. Called my regular guys at Autonation and got me in same day out in 2 hours. Plus… gave me a deal. Great guys with great service. No tittle transfer

Unfortunate experience

A few days after getting the car home, I tried to turn on the heated steering wheel and it didn’t work. I… reached out to the person who sold me the car and let him know it wasn’t working. He then proceeded to tell me that because I didn’t purchase the extra warranty, it wouldn’t be fixed. I had owned the car a week. Now I understand if something that worked when they sold it breaks, that is on me. But selling a defective car and then not fixing it, that is just bad business. It’s too bad because Spokane is small and word travels fast. I would have loved to have a car company that I could return to.
