Overpriced and Slow

onBrake service took entirely too long to complete. 8 hours for front brakes is ridiculous. Customer service was nonexistent - no response to texting service for over an hour is unacceptable. Price was excessively high. Over 20% higher than competitors. If I didn't *NEED* the service done the same day, I'd have gone elsewhere. Completely disappointed in my experience.
