Great used car buying experience.

I had a few visits to test drive the car and they helped when I wanted to get a third party inspection before I purchased. Everything was smooth and the team is… fair and reasonable throughout the process. Kelli, an advisor, set our appointment while Ben, another advisor, showed the car & answered our questions. Chris, the sales manager made us a deal… that we could not refuse & Jay the finance manager made a simple presentation of products & completed the paperwork. All in all, a simple, pleasant process & we drove home in our new (preowned) MINI. Thank you, all, for the excellent experience.Thank you for sharing your experience with us at Seattle MINI! Provided just the right level of explanation of the car and features, walkthroughs, kind enough to offer refreshments while we were… there, not to mention dropping some "oyaji-gags" (Japanese jokes lol). Just an overall personable and great sales representative to work with. The dealership was great too, super clean, #trendy, easy to get around, and everyone was really welcoming and nice. Might be our only mini purchase for the time being but would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to check em out!We're so glad to hear that Chuvit provided you with an awesome and stress-free car-buying experience!
