Wife & I received the apotome of great service & a fine buying experience from all involved. Kelli, an advisor, set our appointment while Ben, another advisor, showed the car & answered our questions. Chris, the sales manager made us a deal that we could not refuse & Jay the finance manager made a simple presentation of products & completed the paperwork. All in all, a simple, pleasant process & we drove home in our new (preowned) MINI. Thank you, all, for the excellent experience.
