He was excellent to deal with, met all his commitments to us and we were very pleased with the price he gave us. We recently considered buying an additional new truck and once again, contacted… Les. He was quick to price the truck we wanted and once again gave us an excellent price. When we decided to postpone our purchase he was very understanding. When we are ready, Les will definitely be our sales person. By far the most professional sales person we have worked with, without the "high pressure" techniques. I forgot to mention that besides the truck we purchased through him, we also purchased a 2011 Ford Focus last year. He was professional and "no nonsense" and very helpful in picking out the right vehicle for us. I came in thinking I wanted a Fiesta but with his input, I quickly realized that the Focus was a better choice for us. The manager, John Dombrock, always makes sure he and the technicians fully understand the problems. Therefore, the problem is fixed correctly and the… first time. When I take my vehicle in for service, again the service folks do the job right and take the time to check the truck out to make sure there are no problems. Further, their prices are very reasonable. This is an outstanding dealership and I recommend them highly.Buying experience

Not once did I feel pressure from him to buy a car. I had a specific car I wanted and Gary found out they had one in transit and… would be there within the week. The car came in earlier than we thought and I was driving my new car in just a couple of days instead of a week. He understood my needs and wants and my time sensative of getting a new… car, because I only had a rental car for a certain amount of time. Needless to say I was 8 months pregnant and he took everything I wanted and found the best car suitable for me. I wasn't the easiest client due to hormones and timing of getting in this accident. I can't believe how Keven was so caring and took such wonderful care of me. by rascal00 on 06/16/2012updated 06/24/2025I inadvertently posted this to the wrong place (I think the former dealership page) and am posting here (too). I have lived in this country since 1962. I am not an employee, as stockholder or related to this dealership in any fashion other… than I have purchased vehicles from them. I've traded with this Ford dealer several times, three times before the current ownership changed last year and twice since. In September of 2011 I purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion from Les Schroll. Bruce Titus gave me quote for the trade in of my 2008 Ford Focus and told me it might be less when my new car arrived (I ordered it from the factory). When my new car arrived, they took in my Focus at the agreed-on price, I got a brief tutorial as I was in a hurry to get to an appointment, and I was on my way. I just took delivery of my new 2012 Ford F-350 about two weeks ago. The arrangement was similar: they gave me a quote for my 2008 F-350 and said it could change as it would be two months before my new truck arrived. One thing that really sticks in my craw is when I tell a salesperson NOT to call me as I want time to research and come to a decision and they DO call me, I dump them on the spot. This did not happen with Les Schroll. When my truck arrived, Les Schroll called me, I came in with my old truck, they took it in at the price they said two months earlier, I completed all of the paperwork in about 20 minutes and was on my way. There were no shenanigans on any of the handshake deals I made. In the past 10 years I've purchased perhaps a dozen cars. The last two were as easy to complete deals as any I've ever done. If you had troubles with Bay Ford, the former name of the dealership, it would be worth your time to try Bruce Titus Ford as it is under new management.OUTSTANDING Experience

I have perchased my last two vehicles from this dealership, I have worked with Les on both deals, no "tatics" just… striaght forward....what more could you want. Bottom line my next truck will be bought here....no question!!!!
