Called the Dealer ever 2 weeks and every time they told me the Car was on order and would arrive soon. They never checked with the actual manufacturer. Time and time again they told… me not to worry! In the end they were not able to deliver the car. While I was waiting for 7 months, I missed several opportunities to buy another similar car. I am not sure if they are dishonest or just dont understand the business they are in. Either way, I would not go back and I would avoid this Dealer at all cost. I was particularly disappointed as the sales person I was dealing with was a Navy Sub Vet. I expected a little more out of these people, especially a Navy Vet!!Great Sales Customer Service

Internet sales manager Les Schroll insured that I got the truck with the options I wanted via special order from the factory. During… delivery, Les did a great job of explaining all the details of of my new truck and made sure the financial process went smoothly. I highly recommend this dealership with their friendly, courteous and helpfull staff.Great place to service your car

Fair value for used cars is hard to assess. I'm sure they made a profit on the deal. Good news… is that there were no surprises when I got the car home.Happy Customer!

Les did a great job of answering all my questions and not being your typical pushy car salesperson. My car was trucked in (not… driven!) from Oregon which I appreciated - no need for extra not-my-miles on it. When it was time to take delivery, Les was very considerate of my time and made sure all the paperwork was in order and ready to go. He even let me use their fax machine to send proof of purchase to my insurance agent! Once my paperwork was signed, Les walked me through all the features of the car and addressed my questions/concerns. The dealership itself is in an older building which has been renovated and looks great. Also, all the staff - including the mechanics - were clean and professional. I fully understand the details of the car business and I do my home work so it makes me one of the difficult skeptical buyers to deal with at most… dealers because I cut right through the crap. You cannot buy a car through the internet or through the phone if you want the best deal. The best deals are done in person and if you desire the best deal this is the dealership to patronize. If you are serious and value your hard earned dollar and time go to this dealership in person regardless of your situation and tell Keven what you desire and he will take your request serious and make it happen. He will not waste your time and he will find a way to make your deal happen even if it takes some extra work or comittment on the dealers side they will make it right. Be realistic with them and they will be realistic with you and try to make your wishes really happen with no smoke blown. Dont worry about price , down payment or even credit just go meet Keven face to face and give them an opportunity to earn your business and you will find out going anywhere else is a waste of time because these guys dont want to keep their cars. They will find a way to afford you the car you want if they have it or can reach it they will make it happen. The rubber hits the road at this dealership so bring your research and give Keven a chance and you will see that Bruce Titus is one of the best kept secrets in the car business once you see them in person you will see that they want your business and will make it happen. Les, our salesman, quoted a great price that matched what I had already learned by searching online, so there was no bargaining… involved. He gave me a price. I agreed to the price. That was the price we paid when the truck was delivered. The salesman kept me updated daily as the order went through, the truck was built and it was shipped to the dealer. It arrived on time and was equipped exactly the way I ordered it. No mistakes, no hassles, just a very pleasant buying experience. We have always had our trucks serviced and repaired at your dealership because of John Dombrock. He has gone above and… beyond for me at times, to get my truck repaired and out the door as quick as possible so that I can continue to haul my horses down the road for competition. The work has always been done professionally and at what I consider a reasonable price. 5 years ago we moved to the Chehalis area but still continue to make the 85 mile trip to have your dealership work on our trucks because we know we can trust John and your service department. We also purchased a 2011 Focus last year from your dealership and we also bring it in for service (no repairs yet)!Highly recommend
