  • deceptive practices!

1 out of 5 starsby ColinA on 12/30/2024

The Salesman Guillermo was fine and did all he could to assist me. However, the finance department is deceptive as can be. The deal had already been struck before we traveled 8 hours to get there. All we had to do was sign and go. They kept us there for 3 hours before we went to sign. It was all done on a giant I pad think and the finance guy sped through it like he was in NASCAR. As we were already way behind trying to start the 8 hour journey home and his rushing, I missed a few things he "sneaked" into the paperwork like $500 for some sort of undisclosed aftermarket thing?? And then I find we were shorted $3K on our trade in!! I have now been trying for a week to get this resolved and keep getting stonewalled in return. As there are Ford dealers everywhere, I would suggest a different one than Harris Ford Lynnwood.

  • [non-permissible content removed], Avoid at all costs!

Contacted dealership on a Tuesday about a truck for sale that was priced well below blue book, too good to be true. I asked the salesman Mahdi to confirm bed length and send me more photos of truck, he said he would do it that day but I never heard back from him. I finally heard back from him on Friday saying that he finally confirmed that the Chuck had a long bed like we were looking for and he sent me a few pictures we started the process of getting an appointment set up. We were worried about hidden problems so we set up a pre buyer's inspection at a separate dealership and set an appointment with the salesman for the next day at 1:30 to come take the truck for a test drive and the prebuyers inspection. I texted the salesman at 10:45 a.m. on Saturday to confirm that the truck was there and that we were still on for the 1:30 appointment, he confirmed and my husband left our home at 12:25 to drive the hour it took to the dealership. Received a text from the salesman at 12:45 saying that he was so sorry but someone was test driving the truck and most likely buying it. I called and asked to speak to a manager who is very insensitive to the whole issue and said that's their policy that it's first come first serve, they won't even hold a vehicle for travel time which is a policy I've never heard. I believe there is a hidden problem with this truck and they knew we were going to find out at the buyer's inspection. We also found out along the way that the truck did have a lot of work done to it that was not listed on the Carfax and that the dealership did not disclose to us prior to sitting the appointment, we got this information from giving the VIN number to a different dealership and they looked it up and said that it did have some major mechanical repairs including pistons and something with the gasket. • very very poor customer experience

1 out of 5 starsby NOTHAPPY on 04/05/2021

very very poor customer experience, what happened to good old customer service has left this building and place for sure. If you like getting played with and game playing and going back and forth several times then this is your place......I would avoid them at all costs and go with someone that has a much higher feedback rating than these guys.

  • Rip off dealership

1 out of 5 starsby Ward on 01/13/2020

They are connected to Bill Pierre Ford the king of rip offs. They suck you in and then add nausea. By the time we were done doing the paperwork they had added thousands to the cost of the vehicle in unneeded items. I will never buy from them again even if they have the exact car I want.

  • Buying an Explorer at Harris Ford

5 out of 5 starsby FordDriver on 06/08/2019

After researching their online inventory and finding a vehicle and a deal I was interested in, I called on my way to Harris Ford. I was able to hook up with a salesman before I got there to confirm that the particular Explorer I was interested in was still available. I already knew what my trade in was worth and the market value of the Explorer. I had an agreement with Ricky in about half an hour. I was in and out in two and a half hours and it was probably the easiest experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. I have worked with their service dept and parts dept for my 07 Explorer, and will definitely recommend them and new car sales to anyone who needs parts, service, or a new car.

  • Pricing Lies Online and Over the Phone

1 out of 5 starsby Kody on 03/04/2019

They lie about lease pricing online. They lure you in on the phone and then try to bait and switch when you get there. Don't believe anything they tell you

  • Sleazy used car salesmen will try to cheat you

    1 out of 5 starsby KingArthur10 on 10/03/2017

Harris Ford is the best example of "sleazy used car dealer" I've ever experienced. Found a used Certified PreOwned car online using Autotrader and TrueCar at Harris. Price stated $15k plus tax, title, and fees. Contacted the company through a military car buying service. Lo and behold, the rep that contacted me stated that the price was actually $20k plus tax, title, and fees. When I said that was unacceptable and that he had to uphold the advertised price, he stated that I had [his] price and maybe after I come in and test drive, we could negotiate. After some back and forth, I finally got a supervisor to state that the online price was correct and that they would honor the $15k price. Oh, but they needed to tell me, the car doesn't actually qualify as Certified PreOwned because the previous owner modified the frame. The CARFAX stated CPO, Autotrader and TrueCar said CPO, and their own website said CPO. But come on in and test drive a the car. Not a shred of remorse or any form of action plan on how they will correct things. What a horrible bait and switch operation. Slimiest of slimy used car sales practices that gives normal dealerships a bad name. Get everything in writing, start with email, and don't let them trick you. Better yet, AVOID THEM. Quick note: I posted this review on their FB page, and within 2 hours, they removed all their FB reviews. That should show you everything you need to know about their honesty.

  • My best car-buying experience so far!

    updated 06/06/2017

I've purchased at least a dozen new cars in my life time (many of them Ford products), and I have to say that this was, by far, the best car-buying experience I've had to date. The sales and finance staff were all so friendly and welcoming. We were treated with great courtesy and respect the entire time. In fact, our sales team went out of their way to ensure we got a great car at a great price.
  • The worst dealership in Washington

1 out of 5 starsby SWilliams on 03/18/2017

Horrible experience! Bought a used car and with 1 week started getting sick. Car is covered in mold, under carpets, seats and mold growing in the truck. Truck fills with water and flood inside car. Sunroof harness broke and filling overhead with water when it rains. Called salesman several times and he said "let me see what I can do" No return calls from him or manager. Finally, get Gus on the phone and he said well we have a new used car manager and we can't do anything. Will not recommend to anyone. Everyone stay away! Buyers beware. 20k is a hard lesson to learn.

I have bought cars from Harris ford for many years. Have to say that this time I put them though a lot. I took a lot of time making up my mine. After this trip to buy a car from Harris Ford, I will say the service was from the salesmen and the management was better than ever. I would recommend the dealership to anyone.

  • Great Customer Service

5 out of 5 starsby SarahSol on 07/20/2016

I was there over the weekend to get a new vehicle and was very fortunate to work with such a great team at Harris Ford! Michael Neil & Isaac Williams were the 'dynamic duo' I was fortunate to have assisting me. I was hesitant going in but this is the best experience I've ever had. I was able to let them know what I was looking for, what I was able to do and Michael worked with me each step of the way. He was very patient with all the questions I asked (and I had many) and I felt comfortable knowing that putting my mind at ease was one of his priorities. Michael was very honest working with me and that is very much appreciated and we were able to find the absolute best vehicle for me and I couldn't be happier! They washed it really well, filled it up with gas and even brought it into the showroom floor for me to see it inside before I drove away in it, which was pretty special. This has been the best experience ever and I am DEFINITELY going back and sharing this with my acquaintances, and referring Michael Neil & Isaac Williams for sure. Thanks guys for your hard work and patience in helping me! I'm loving my 2016 Ford Focus.
  • Dara at Harris Ford New Car Sales!!!

    5 out of 5 starsby Twally24 on 06/23/2016

I purchased a used 2013 Ford Escape in Sep. 2013 at which time the SUV I ends up with was said to have a 100 mile bumper to bumper warranty which ends up with me having a $510 car payment . The used car salesman told me it was my only option to get a car since I was trying to establish credit again. the SUV needed alterations to remove a cage in stalled and I was told the car would be ready in 2 days. It wasn't ready at 2 days, 3 days and in the 4th day I was called at 9pm by the used car manager saying they had to go with another loan company thus increasing my car payment to 598 a month . I had already given them my paid off SUV and felt stuck. So I agreed and was told I needed to drive back to redo all paperwork . The car still wasn't ready for me for another week and I had found out they never even starting getting it ready for me in the first place. After a week I received mail from ford to buy extendd warranties and the car salesman told me to throw them out because I had this 100 bumper bumper warranty special at Harris ford . This turned out to be untrue as things started breaking and I called to get fixed. I was ignored after that. Now to 2016 I was called by new car but back and received great service and got a new Ford Focus . Great little car but my hips became so sore it was hurtful because I had 2 hip replacements . I called Dara to explain he actually said he would help . He got me back into a Ford Escape , 2016 and I couldn't be happier . He was the best salesman I have ever had in my whole life buying cars through ford. I will forever be great full for everything he did for me!!!!
  • Great Service

We purchased a 2013 Jeep Patriot at the Lynnwood Autoloan USA. We are very happy with our purchase and the service we received. The staff was very helpful in finding something that worked for us.
  • Great Service! A lot of choices, very attentive staff.

5 out of 5 starsby SmithSumm on 11/19/2015

The staff were amazing! Tom, Brian and Martin all handled my situation with great professionalism, positive attitudes and were very attentive. I have already recommended Harris Ford to three of my friends. I was treated so well at Harris, compared to the 'other' dealership I have gone to over the years. I will no longer go there; I will go to Harris.
  • A purchase because of the Service Department

    5 out of 5 starsby FordFamily2107 on 11/18/2015

We usually by our Fords from Bickford, but decided to give Harris sales a chance because of the years of great service we have received from our service manager at Harris, M.C. (Michael Chism). Harris was able to beat a price we had on an F-150 at Bickford so we purchased our new truck there.
  • Excellent buying experience!!!!!!!!

5 out of 5 starsby AHappyMan on 11/12/2015

Our new Ford F-450 buying experience was excellent. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and competent. When approached with questions and concerns, staff members dropped what they were doing and spent time with us to address our needs. Our new truck was very competitively priced. We will certainly look at Harris Ford for our next vehicle purchase. Thanks to all of you,,,

My experience in returning my previously leased Ford Escape and determining the best option for me in replacing my vehicle was excellent. My sales representative, Bret Bolgen, provided details for the options available to me. He was knowledgeable and professional in the help he provided in making this decision. This is the second vehicle I have leased/purchased from Harris Ford, and I would highly recommend the dealership and Bret to friends and family. It was a great experience!

  • Worst dealership ever!!!

    1 out of 5 starsby Fallnangl1039 on 11/07/2015

Harris Ford is the worst dealership I have ever had the displeasure of working with. My husband and I live in Spokane and only considered this dealership because their advertised price on a car we liked was so low. Naturally we called them to work out a deal; it would be silly to go all the way to Seattle only to come home without a car. I'm not even going to get into how many times I called them and left messages only for them to refuse to call me back. Little did we know their word means nothing. When we got over there they had gauged the price up $1500 and refused to honor the price they had quoted us even though we had countless texts and emails from one of their salesmen telling us we could get that price! They told us we could get a much, much worse car for the price we wanted but not the car we had been promised. We ended up going home careless, which we had tried so hard to avoid in the first place. Needless to say, we will never shop outside our area again, and even if we move to the west side someday, NEVER EVER from Harris Ford. They do not value their customers, and they are just generally untrustworthy.
