    We had brought our 2016 Sorento to this dealership for a 60,000 mile service and front end alignment. We looked at the new models of the Sorento’s and Patrick was there showing us the features. He did not try to sell us anything,he helped us make a decision on a new vehicle. He was transparent and very helpful. After we decided to purchase a new vehicle, and the paperwork was signed and completed, he took about 40 minutes to describe and explain the features to the vehicle, helped my wife set up her phone for the auto start remotely and all the other features that we could access the car on with her phone. So a great experience for us. I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to get a new Kia.

    I like that , despite my late arrival, I was attended to right away. Ken explained to me exactly what needed to be done on the car. And he gave me the option to choose. The service done in exactly the estimated time I was given.

    They will tell u all ur major maintenance and upkeep of your new KIA, Including oil changes, will be covered for free under the warranty; But They Are NOT!!!! Eventhough I have 2 witnesses who heard the sales person telling me this, they will not honor what i was promised. I am Very Disappointed and Perturbed with this dealership and The quality of Individuals they have representing it. They couldn't even wash my car properly, It look As though they had use dirty rags and dirty water on it....ewww! I have since refused to let them wash my car, but it makes me wonder if they cant wash a car, how should I trust them to change the oil!?! FYI~ My 2017 Forte has been a great little car, that I really enjoy but when looking at new KIA's keep in mind how much synthetic oil changes are for as long as u plan on keeping ur Warranty Valid!     We went to Spokane KIA, without having leased a car before and not knowing what that all entailed, but Andy Olson, the salesman made it very easy and quick. We were home before lunch with our new car and very happy with how efficient the whole process was!

    I just leased a new 2016 Kia Optima. It is amazing and my payment is perfect. I showed up just before closing and everyone was friendly despite me keeping them late. The whole crew was fun.

    We purchased a new 2015 Kia Sorento from George Gee Kia at Liberty Lake. This was the best car buying experience that we have ever had. Every one at the dealership was very nice, they were not pushy and they listened to what we wanted. They were very determined to make sure that we were satisfied customers before we left. Our Salesman was Stewart and he was very professional, very nice, helpful and honest. They also had us talk to an insurance agent that they had there who made us realize that we were paying way to much for insurance, so we will be switching to Allstate. He was not pushy either, he just gave us the quote. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to check out George Gee in Liberty Lake. Stewart and Carl were great but I am sure that anyone there were be a good salesman.

    I've bought or leased so many cars in the past that I can't even count them, but know this... My last purchase at George Gee Kia was perfect. I'm not the easiest customer to deal with as I take my time to research and compare. Once I decided on the Cadenza, they were kind and accommodating enough to bring the car to me for a test drive. The sales person I worked with was never pushy and totally willing to work with me based on my pricing and financing negotiations. I'm not sure if it was the hour of the day or not, but the financing process was performed by my salesman and so I got to skip the F&I manager's typical sales job about how I need an extended warranty or undercoating. What a pleasurable way to buy a car. The Cadenza is loaded with options and the salesman spent the time with us to make sure we were up to speed with all the features before we left the dealership. Not only that, but a full tank of gas to boot. This is how you run a successful dealership and sales team. I know I'll be back.

    Bought car and the expectation of the deal was very different when I was in the back room doing the paperwork. The loan time frame was not what I wanted and we argued about his commission. I refused to do all the add on warranty, gap, etc. which just made the document person very mad that he was not getting his extra commission money from me. I have never had such an experience with a car purchase. I have the car for a year and owe almost twice what the car is worth, so they ripped me off as well. I was in a hit and run, and was given a 72 hour window to look for a car before my rental was up from the insurance. I had no other means of transportation, and after looking all day, I made a very bad purchase decision. I do not recommend George Gee Kia in Liberty Lake. The car was on the internet with no amount listed. They did not provide me the black touch up paint they said they would give me in the mail due to the parts department being closed. The document person was really irritated that the sales person said I could have floor matts and touch up paint.
