They will tell u all ur major maintenance and upkeep of your new KIA, Including oil changes, will be covered for free under the warranty; But They Are NOT!!!! Eventhough I have 2 witnesses who heard the sales person telling me this, they will not honor what i was promised. I am Very Disappointed and Perturbed with this dealership and The quality of Individuals they have representing it. They couldn't even wash my car properly, It look As though they had use dirty rags and dirty water on it....ewww! I have since refused to let them wash my car, but it makes me wonder if they cant wash a car, how should I trust them to change the oil!?! FYI~ My 2017 Forte has been a great little car, that I really enjoy but when looking at new KIA's keep in mind how much synthetic oil changes are for as long as u plan on keeping ur Warranty Valid!
