Unfortunately, I had an issue and they went above and beyond to find a… solution. I did buy a warranty so that assisted with the financial part but they worked for me and made it a breeze to have my vehicle repaired.bait and switch

After 2 days of email communitcation and then traveling 2 hours, the dealer claimed that the vehicle was wholesaled just 10 minutes before my arrival. This may be understandable… except that I was in constant communication by email and phone and was assured just minutes before my arrival that the vehicle was available and ready for a test drive. The sales manager provided two options: either pay a higher price than advertised to buy the vehicle or purchase a different vehicle from their car lot. No thanks. In fact, this is the fifth Cadillac I have leased from their car dealership in Couer D' Alene, Idaho. I have been treated very well by all the staff I have met… there. I would like to single out Mike Doak (General Sales Manager), Alice (at the front desk), and Russ Trueblood in service. I live in Newport (about 35 miles North of Spokane, WA). It's refreshing to know that I'm treated so kindly when I come in. It makes the drive to get a new car worthwhile. I recommend their dealership without reservation. by kitsapking on 10/14/2008I took my car in for an oil change and had a really good experience. I drove to their Liberty Lake shop from Spokane last weekend. I really liked their staff. They didn't try to upsell me beyond what I knew my car needed, which was… appreciated. I mostly noticed how clean the place was. It was almost too clean. At least for a shop. It was only $20, I didn't have to wait, and got a nice cup of coffee. That's about all I can ask for. I recommend checking them out.George Gee Liberty Lake
by ghenriksen1 on 07/26/2008My father in law found a used Pontiac Grand Am for my daughter for $7500. I drove there a few hours later to see the vehicle and now the price was $9500. You can see which way the staff is leaning early on. When I told them my father in… law had called me about it only then did the lower price come back on the table. It seemed to be a nice car except for a squeaking noise in the front. To their credit they replaced a front strut assembly at no additional cost and I drove it away the next day. About three weeks later the noise came back; a bad strut again. They again replaced it at no cost. About a month later the power steering unit failed. Luckily for me there was a warranty that was sold with the car so it cost me $200 to fix an $800 steering unit. Another six weeks and the water pump needed replacing for another $200 deductible. OK, now I thinking this car is not the sweet deal I thought is was. My wife called the dealership to talk to the General Manager who said he would talk to me about returning the car. When I called I guess he had a change of heart because just a few minutes into the conversation he spent most of it trying to convince me why I should keep it. When I stood my ground he abruptly told me never to call him again, and then hung up on me.
