by Lreawt1 on 08/22/2016Sold a car to my daughter, she bought the extended warranty. Two days later transmission goes out. Excalibur decided to replace it so not to defraud the extended warranty. They kept it over three weeks and when she picked it up half her gas… was gone they refused to make it right. Very deceptive business practice, rude staff. Reception is owners wife acts uniformed doesn't have any answers, rude. Do not buy here you will be sorry.
