    My recent QX60 service at Infiniti of Tacoma in Fife was a breeze. They were punctual, kept me informed with texts and emails, and the service advisors were friendly and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend!!

    Eric was simply the best, he actively listened while ensuring any and all questions I had were addressed. He sought solutions to existing and even potential problems. I have an older infinity but he treated my vehicle concerns as if it was a recent purchase. I would gladly work with Eric again!

    Andrew the service consultant made sure I was well taken care of and had a car when I had to leave mine. John with customer care also went out of his way to get my car back to me. They are a great dealership to work with.

    Great environment, top notch customer service from all the Advisors but If you are fortunate to get Andrew as an service advisor. He gives VIP service for the time you enter till the time you leave.

    I bring my car here and have all of my servicing here, as well. I am very happy with all of it. Andrew was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done well and that his customers are happy.     I brought my car in for service at Infiniti of Tacoma in Fife and they were very thorough. They explained what services needed to be done without putting any pressure on me. They took care of everything that needed to be done and got me in a loner car. Brandon was excellent and I'm glad he was our service rep.

    Andrew at Infiniti service dept provided excellent. Service ! Diagnosed and fixed the problem in 2hours. Also washed and vacuumed my car for her😬 Great service!

    The work as usual was good and on time. My issue with this service is the difference in the quote price and actual amount paid. When I booked this services online the quote for the premium service was $1429 plus tax and disposal. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told that the price was $2499 plus tax and disposal. If it wasnt for Brandon knowing my service record so well. Unfortunately he said he could not match the quoted price. I would have paid almost $3000 ( double the quote when I booked!!!). In my opinion that is an unacceptable practice. This needs to be fixed at whatever level has the ability to do so. It puts your services representatives in a very difficult position to work with customers when they see such a large price discrepancy
