Beware

by badnews2 on 05/04/2014

The owners of Everett Mazda are the type that give car sales people a bad rap. These two will take advantage of handicap and have several times there honestly just horribly greedy liars, anyone who thinks different do not really know them. Stay away

Helpful, upfront, and easy!

by zoomzoom35 on 10/25/2013

Frank at Mazda of Everett made this process so easy! This was the only dealership that gave me any info over email. I have owned another Mazda from a dealership in Seattle, and the experience there was the opposite. Thank you Mazda of Everett!!!

No hassle sales!

by suv20 on 09/18/2013

This was such a reasonable process. I knew what I wanted, they showed me the car, I put a down payment down, they delivered it. No run around, no drama, no traipsing through fake departments who try to sell worthless add ons. It wasn't a fancy show room, but I'll take it!

very pleasant experience....

by ajax13 on 04/13/2012

Bought the 2012 Mazda MAZDA3 Grand Touring Sedan(w/SKYACTIV), with the 'Costco' deal. They honored it quickly & we got a great price. Our trade in was a fair price too. The service has been fast & very friendly. Have not bought a new car in 20 years, so was leery of the dealship BS mind games, but did not experince that w/ them= a good buying experience. I see the 'old" negatives review below, but they are owned by new Mgm now, I was told, so that changes to positive, are accordingly in reviews it seems now. So, a reco to buy from them, for folks... :-) PS...& no, I do not work there...am a Doc.

Great place to buy!

by meaganm86 on 08/18/2010

My experience with Mazda of Everett was incredible. They made me feel so welcome and calmed all my nerves. I have always hated the car buying process, but this was completely different. They understood I was in a rough place and made me feel as if I wasn't. I walked in there nervous and unsure and walked out with an amazing car and relief. Free car washes for life is a major perk as well! Thank you Jerry for your help and kindness!! I'll continue to tell everyone I know about the great experience I had. I also recommend working with George. Financing was a breeze!

Excellent overall experience!

by bentzry on 07/30/2010

I recently bought a used car from them this past weekend and was helped by Ken, Steve, and both owners, who were actually working at the dealership. Everyone involved made sure I was completely happy with my purchase and was comfortable with the overall process. They even helped with my financing and getting my insurance on my used vehicle so that I could take the car home the same day! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. There were a few hiccups but everyone worked hard to make it right and they kept their word! I highly recommend this dealership! They are true professionals!

Unethically dealership, They won't be in business for long

by kourkoutas on 12/28/2008

I have owned two Mazdas. I had a pretty good experience at Lee Johnson Chevrolet/Mazda in Kirkland, but I live in Everett, so when Everett Mazda opened I was excited to have a Mazda dealership in my neighborhood. I went in for service when they first opened and I knew something was wrong. Among other things, they had almost no parts on the shelves and only one service person. I remember thinking it was a very sloppy way to start a dealership. So, I didn't have Everett Mazda work on my car. I went back over a year later, and I still had the same feeling. So, I went elsewhere for service and to order a part. It seems like something is a little off there. Like, they really don't know how to establish an auto dealership. Just before Christmas 2008, my mentally ill sister went in to this dealership for an oil change. Normally she functions just fine, but she can be talked into things at times. Her ability to make smart decisions is impaired at times. Any average person can tell that she is a little off if you speak with her for a while. She recently went through bankruptcy. Her current vehicle is a 2005 Protege3, which my mother co-signed for. The Mazda of Everett representative "Jerry" talked her into a crazy deal to buy a 2008 Tribute for around $26,000.00 with 20% interest. I'm seeing the same vehicle retailing (asking price) at other dealerships for under $18,000.00. My mother went back in within a few days to try to re-negotiate. All they wanted to do was sell another car and treat the over priced Tribute as a trade in. They wanted to sell her another Mazda 3 for just under $20,0000.000... way over average retail and give her something like $16,000.00 for the Tribute. These guys are real bottom feeders. Stay away from this dealership. They have no future there. Clearly they don't care about building a customer base. I'd expect they'll be out of business sooner than later. I won't be back there again, and you shouldn't go there either.

The car deal I was involved with at this horrible dealership was an absolute nightmare they are the most [violative content deleted] people I have ever encounted at any business of any type.Thet said they would do things and correct the wrongs they had caused that turned out to be just more lies. Whatever you do DO NOT STOP AT MAZDA OF EVERETT. Take this good advice from someone who learned the hard way.

Mazda of Everett is a [violative content deleted] they will lie to you they are [violative content deleted]. This is the [violative content deleted] dealership I have ever experienced. You will do yourself a huge favor by never trying to do business here. I have been lied to insulted and treated horrible by the owners and this after my wife made the mistake of purchasing a car there. If you are wise, learn from our mistake do not shop at there dealership you will be sorry and if you have a problem they will hide from you, they are [violative content deleted]. The bottom line is all this dealership is interested in is all the money they can get from you.

Good Experience

by asustech on 08/27/2008

Today I bought a new 2008 Mazda3i Sport from this dealership. I have not been in this dealership before and I didn't know anyone there, but I actually had a good experience. The sales guy (Gary) was actually very nice. He was patient, polite, courteous, and answered all question(s) I had. He did not try to sell me the car, or push me to buy it in any way. He pointed out that their number one goal was customer satisfaction, and they try to retain customers, and during my shopping, he lived up to what he was saying. I had bad experience with dealerships before when I bought cars, so naturally I have a negative image about buying a car. I guess I was lucky this time. Maybe this other person who did the negative review, dealt with a different sales guy, but I would definitely recommend to talk to Gary if you decide to visit the dealership. After the purchase, he introduced me around to different people at sales, parts, and service. He made me feel welcome and comfortable. You have to pay attention to the finance guy, though! He is the one trying to get you! But he was still a nice dude. Just pay attention to every detail that you sign!

They will tell you something then amnesia sets in, there cars are not what they appear to be and the people are the same nothing at this dealership is genuine. There prices are the highest around the people are completely fake. Its just one bad experience from beginning to end, They claim that they are concerned about customer satisfaction that is a lie, they will laugh at you after you buy.

worst dealership ever I warn you do not go to Mazda of Everett

by badnews2 on 06/24/2008

My wife unsuspectedly stop in at Everett Mazda, That was the first mistake do not do that, unless you enjoy things like self mutilation. These people are the cruelest most heatless greedy people you will ever have the displeasure of doing business with. It is what gives reputable dealerships a blackeye. They ended up putting her in a 1994 Jetta 140k miles wholesale book $900 not worth half that because the its condition. She traded in our 2000 VW jetta TDI diesel 104k miles wholesale book of about $8200 which is not actually its value this is an overbook value car due to its 52 mpg, especially during these times. They gave her $3500 in cash back, with her $500 beater that is way less than half of wholesale. I went back tried to talk to one of the owners he would not talk to me he was hiding I guess, finally he called me after numerous times and he was quite a hothead he said "you get [violative content deleted]" "I will put pressure on you I will make your life miserable " .This after ripping our family off. They also took a full credit application with references this is not normal with a cash deal our car was worth 20 times what they were selling. We have 5 children and now due to there greed an undependable car all she expected was to be treated fairly that evidently does not happen here. Also I talked to another manager about reversing the deal before we got any money he said not a deal like this during these economic times.Hell hath no fury like a paying customer scorned. All females beware they prey on honest people that are not car saavy. I have filed complaints with everyone and will warn everyone I come in contact with.

2 NEW Cars in less than a year from M.O.E.

by raddad2 on 03/22/2008

In May 07 I went out looking for a new mommobile, went to a few different dealerships before ending up at Mazda of Everett. Test drove the CX-7 and really liked it, very zoom-zoom! Then tried out the CX-9 which had just came out not long before then. My wife fell in love with the vehicle, still had the zoom-zoom but with much more room than the 7. So we traded in the minivan and stepped up to the mini-suv. The service was good and we were treated excellent. We didn't strike a deal the first day due to a little cold feet, had to go home and think it over a bit. Two days later one of the owners, John D., called us at home just to see where we were at and invited us back to work on a deal with him personally. After HOURS of trying to get the right numbers we decided the payments were just to much for us at that time, so then John mentioned Leasing the car, we then got a payment we could handle. Now that we have had the car for almost a year, I am pretty sure when our 2year deal is up we will purchase it, we both love this CX-9. M.O.E.'s motto is that Service sells the second car and it did. Yesterday I went in to Mazda again, this time to see if I could trade in my 02 gas guzzling Ram Quad 1500. I love that truck but could no longer afford to fill it up each week. Ended up working out a deal in less than two hours after the test drive. Every dealership is the same so I can't complain too much about the games ALL of them play when coming to an agreement on trade in, price, int. rate, and payment. Anyways we eventually we hit the right number for me and I purchased a '08 Mazda 6. They made their money definately and I have a payment and term I can live with. WIN - WIN.

Good Service

by koolwhip44 on 02/26/2008

I'm not exactly sure what their selling tactic is, but we stopped by to start our search for the right car and ended up leaving with a car. I'm sure that it helped we already knew what we were looking for, but we weren't even sure we were able to afford a payment, we had just put in a loan request. Maybe they get you by mixing it up with 3 different sales people. If one can't get you, then they send in someone else, etc...The experience is when you first pull up, it's not a hoard of sales people, just one. The first salesperson was pleasant, but very young. He went to get the keys to a car we wanted to look at and another salesperson came out. She was nice, she was able to relate to us well enough. When we decided to leave, she brought out the store owner to convince to come in and talk numbers, although we were convinced we couldn't afford a car at the time. We decided to humor them, and who knows, maybe they could work it out. About midway through numbers, our salesperson suddenly had a new "appointment" show up, and then brought in a super experienced guy to do the deal. He was also nice, but pushier than she had been. As negotiations began, he kept asking us where we'd like a payment, and although the payments started out high, we kept getting it further and further down. We really wanted to go home and check out the car on vehix and check the blue book value (2007 Mazda 3). They let us take the car home for an hour, the blue book was higher than what they were offering, and although the car didn't have leather seats, we took the car back and negotiated the custome leather seats with the current price of the car. It was a done deal. So not a bad a experience at all, just had to know how to negotiate with them and put up with the ever-changing faces.
