Unethically dealership, They won't be in business for long
Written by kourkoutas on 12/28/2008

I have owned two Mazdas. I had a pretty good experience at Lee Johnson Chevrolet/Mazda in Kirkland, but I live in Everett, so when Everett Mazda opened I was excited to have a Mazda dealership in my neighborhood. I went in for service when they first opened and I knew something was wrong. Among other things, they had almost no parts on the shelves and only one service person. I remember thinking it was a very sloppy way to start a dealership. So, I didn't have Everett Mazda work on my car. I went back over a year later, and I still had the same feeling. So, I went elsewhere for service and to order a part. It seems like something is a little off there. Like, they really don't know how to establish an auto dealership. Just before Christmas 2008, my mentally ill sister went in to this dealership for an oil change. Normally she functions just fine, but she can be talked into things at times. Her ability to make smart decisions is impaired at times. Any average person can tell that she is a little off if you speak with her for a while. She recently went through bankruptcy. Her current vehicle is a 2005 Protege3, which my mother co-signed for. The Mazda of Everett representative "Jerry" talked her into a crazy deal to buy a 2008 Tribute for around $26,000.00 with 20% interest. I'm seeing the same vehicle retailing (asking price) at other dealerships for under $18,000.00. My mother went back in within a few days to try to re-negotiate. All they wanted to do was sell another car and treat the over priced Tribute as a trade in. They wanted to sell her another Mazda 3 for just under $20,0000.000... way over average retail and give her something like $16,000.00 for the Tribute. These guys are real bottom feeders. Stay away from this dealership. They have no future there. Clearly they don't care about building a customer base. I'd expect they'll be out of business sooner than later. I won't be back there again, and you shouldn't go there either.

All they care about is your money, and if you let them get ahold of it, there done. They will never be sympathetic to your situation no matter what they will not help you out. They turn consumers into victims not valuable customers like a real business does. Unethical sums it up very accurately, absolutely the worst business people I have ever personally encountered.
