I was shown all the top models, and the ones I can afford by William Van Brocklin today. Thanks for taking the time to answer all my questions. After I make some final comparisons to narrow it down, I should be back in there Sunday afternoon. Thanks again.

Phan made my purchasing experience so comfortable and trouble-free! I ended up with a great car that I love for a reasonable price. He was extremely helpful and respectful, there was never a moment where I felt pressured into buying.

We asked for a salesman and were told he would get them. Led us to a sales table and started paper work stating he was helping get the process started. They ran our credit without approval and our salmon was not there as we found out. They misled on the APR and price combo. Do your homework first.
  • Wonderful Service!!

    5 out of 5 starsby daisy001 on 03/05/2015

I recently had my SUV serviced and CJ Wahl and his team did a fantastic job. The service was excellent from the minute I drove up to the garage. The employees were very attentive and had great customer service. I was greeted as soon I got out of my truck and assisted right away. I didn't even have to wait for someone to acknowledge that I was there. The over all experience, service and expertise was wonderful. I would highly recommend contacting CJ Wahl and his team for any of your vehicle services.
  • They upgraded their service department!

I have not been back for over 5 years but had to return for a service recall on my Honda. However, I was impressed by their new service remodel. Pretty fancy stuff. I was also greeted at my car and they made it simple. I will now return again for my maintenance. Thanks
  • Excellent Timely Service!

5 out of 5 starsby ellerich on 02/25/2015

Amazing, friendly, and prompt service. I didn't have to wait at all to get my car serviced and they keep in contact with me regarding my car's needs the entire time along with an exact quote on costs. Not only that, but they got my car done before estimated time which was more than I could ask for. I would definitely return and recommend Klein Honda to everyone I know. Thank you CJ and your entire team.
  • whatch out

1 out of 5 starsby messix on 02/09/2015

for their "nitro fill" and "micro etching" do not pay for these. the nitro fill is just the nitrogen that is in the tires that costco and other tire shops do for free, not $200 !!!! and micro etching is is done by the factory already on the glass and body panels for no charge. this dealer is dishonest in this add on practice. pay only first sticker price or go to another dealer.

I recently purchased a vehicle through klein honda. It was the best choice I could of made. All of the sale associates did a great job working so hard to get me in the right vehicle. they were very friendly and treated me with nothing but respect. The sales person i mainly delt with was Lau, he was very down to earth and made me feel very confortable, I strongly recommend him, you will be very happy with the outcome. Someone else who helped me out alot was mr. Davis. He worked around the clock and focused on me and only me. He was very determined to make me the costumer happy. I strongly recommend visiting Klein Honda for your next vehicle purchase. They wont let you down. Sincerely, Joe Fay
  • Love my new 2010 CRV

    5 out of 5 starsby lawyer2u_no on 07/23/2010

We started looking for a new vehicle at the beginning of the month. My wife is pregnant with our second child so we wanted to get a mid sized SUV. We were looking at Toyota, Kia, and Hondas. I had heard about a car buying program thru USAA and went that route. When we decided to go for a honda CRV we recieved three prices from three different dealerships. The first one was actually the cheapest but they never returned my call. The second was Klein Honda and they were very prompt in there response and were only $100 dollars more. Plus they had the exact vehicle we wanted. I set an apt to go in on my day off. I was greeted by a salesman by the name of Derek Lofstrom. He knew i was going thru that program, an that I already had a price and the car i wanted picked out. Instead of just rushing me thru he took his time. While he showed me the CRV he pointed out every little detail on the car and explained all the benifits to them being on there. At first i wasnt to happy that the price i had did not include the stuff Klein put on. But Derek took his time explaining everyone of them. I truly felt i needed all that stuff when he was done. Maybe not the little pinstripe but i was happy. After he was done derek asked me to take it for a drive just to make sure it was the right feel. I probably would have just walked in and bought the car without ever looking at it or driving if thats what they had me do. Even tho this deal was done and he could have rushed me through just to move on to the next customer he didnt. He wanted to make sure i knew everything about it and it was right for me. I wasnt once pushed or bullied or made feel uncomfortable at Klein Honda. Derek and the whole team there really cared about making sure i understood the car and that I never felt awkward. I have bought 5 new cars in my life and this was by far the best experience. They really care about you and what you want at Klein. Not whats going to make them the most money. I highly reccomend you go to this dealership even if its not the closest to you and go see Derek. He is not your typical salesman that everyone thinks is out there. I couldnt be happier and i cant wait tell it's my wifes turn to get a new car cause we well definetly be going back there to see him.
  • Purchase of 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt

4.5 out of 5 starsby bigmactoo on 05/15/2010

An enjoyable experience. The sales staff of James Bennett and Ted Davis were extremely courteous and helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain details. Negotiating the price was accomplished without pressure and quickly. I discovered a problem while driving the car home. A call to Ted Davis resulted in the problem being corrected the following day, by the service department. For someone who has always dreaded purchasing a car, this was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Kline Honda. They will be first place I go to purchase another vehicle.
  • Honda Element

5 out of 5 starsby kimnrob on 02/12/2010

I stopped by Klein Honda one day, unexpectantly, to take a closer look at the Honda Element. I found one I liked & went for it. James Bennett was the one to help me, he was fantastic! I didnt feel like I was given the run around, James wanted to make a sale & I wanted to give him a sale. I would recommend anyone who's looking to buy a car from Klein Honda to ask for James Bennett. You won't regret it! I love my Element!!
  • Good Sales Experience (Used)

    5 out of 5 starsby jefdun1 on 01/18/2010

Came in to buy out my 2007 Accord SE V6 lease. Left with a 2007 EX-L V6 (same color, higher mileage) for the same price. James and Mark stayed late on a Friday night to complete the deal. I am very happy with the upgrade and the fact that this transaction ended up being simpler then buying out the lease. I was initially going to work with Mark, but he called and left me a message (that I didn't get) that it was going to be James who handled the deal. They both ended up working on the deal and it turned out great. That was the only wrinkle.
  • Great used car purchase

5 out of 5 starsby dcred on 01/14/2010

We spent a couple months researching our used car purchase and decided to focus on the 02 - 05 Civic Si. After finding a couple of options online at Klein we initiated contact via email. The online salesperson John was very responsive which was not my experience with every dealership I contacted. To be honest we were a little nervous to face what we thought was going to be the inevitable hard-sell once we set foot in the dealership, especially when John handed us off to James the used car specialist upon our arrival. We were pleasantly surprised. James was very laid back, helpful, and easy to work with. No high pressure tactics. We wouldn't hesitate to contact him again for a future car purchase. We got the same impression from the used car sales manager and the finance manager. Overall, from our experience, Klein offered a very pleasant purchase experience.
    • After owning this car (certified 2005 Civic Si) for a week we had to jump start it 3 times in three days. Took it to our local (Kirkland) Honda dealer and they diagnosed a bad battery. Not covered by certified warranty. Bummer. Next day I contacted our sales person about it and he responded quickly; surprising since he wasn't at work. He told me to contact his manager which I did. He was very apologetic and assured me that if I had brought it to them they would have taken care of it at no charge. I can't say that this has changed my opinion of the purchase process but needless to say we're hoping that this is the only issue for a while.

  • Not good experience, poor attention to detail

2 out of 5 starsby aninibeach on 01/14/2010

My husband and I purchased a Honda Fit from Klein. Although we enjoyed a lack of pressure when choosing a car color and options, we didn't appreciate that the price quote given on the phone was incomplete, and the egregious lack of attention to detail and follow up once they had our signatures . We did have some typical poor dealership experiences. 1. We were told the car would be a certain price plus any options we chose. The price was the best quoted over the phone and although other dealers, which had initially quoted higher than Klein, subsequently offered to match it we went to Klein because they gave us the initial lowest quote and we didn't want to haggle. However, we were not told that ALL the cars had a (outrageously priced) decor package and although we didn't want it we were given no other option. It felt like a typical underhanded dealership experience. Had we known before driving all the way to Klein we would have followed up with the other offers. I still regret that we didn't. 2. When we asked about purchasing the Honda warranty instead of the third-party warranty we were offered, the finance person recommended the third-party because he claimed that there were certain features in that warranty that Honda's didn't offer. We came to find out Honda offered the same features, and the fact that dealers make more money on third-party warranties explains the lie. The lack of attention detail occurred thoughout the process: 1. Once we had decided on a car the initial princing in the contract that was brought out to us included THREE expensive options that we had not requested, did not want, and weren't on the car. When we pointed that out, we were told they were on the car and we had to show them that they weren't. The salesman assured that had we paid for them inadvertently they would have been added. Was that supposed to make us feel better? I'm sure that makes them money. 2. As we were about to leave we noticed that the pinstriping that was part of the outrageously priced decor package was peeling notably in two places and when we pointed it out, the salesman shrugged it off without any offer of resolution except we could pay to have it removed. That's unacceptable because if we paid full price for the option, it should be perfect. Because of the time taken changing contracts etc. earlier in the day we didn't have time to stay and squabble and their subsquent follow up was so imcompentent that it became not worth it after the fact. 3. The salesman forgot to return my husband's license, took it home and was unavailable to get it back to us for four days because he wasn't scheduled to be back at the dealership until then. That was an unacceptable. 4. We had wanted a specialty plate, but that request wasn't honored. It seemed like the salesman didn't want to deal with it because he had other potential clients waiting for him. 5. I emailed the salesman after our purchase to note that he'd hadn't given us our temporary license for the rear window and asked if we could get one sent out. I got no reply. 6. We had been told we'd be called within two weeks about scheduling at appointment to put on the options we had selected. I didn't get any reply to the email inquiring why we weren't called in the at time frame. (Funny how he was so responsive with a quote, but not when addressing and error.) In favor of the dealership, when I showed up to pick up the plates and cancel the extended warranty, the helpful finance person was shocked that we hadn't been called, or even scheduled, and took me back to service to get set up. I haven't been back since, and won't go back again.
  • Nightmare Experience

    1.7 out of 5 starsby steve_be on 09/05/2009

We arrived after conversing via email and phone. We had agreed upon a price with the internet manager prior to arrival. When we arrived the car offered to us was NOT the agreed upon color that we drove 75 miles to purchase. The car also supposedly had a "decor" group that was charged to us even though it only had one of the 3 items that are included in that group. Also, the price at the dealership was higher than the price we agreed upon the day before via email. They also demanded that we pay a locate fee because the car came from another dealer. But it wasn't the car we agreed upon!!! After two hours of waiting we left in disgust without a new car!!!
  • INCREDIBLY GREAT!

5 out of 5 starsby greenlemur on 06/29/2009

This is the way all dealerships should be. I have never been treated better or come away happier. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, and our salesman Rich listened to my needs and showed me exactly what I wanted to see. We came away with a far better car than we ever expected, and within our budget. We could not be happier with Klein Honda! I will be sure to send my friends there, and they are going to be the first (and probably last) place I look for my next car.
  • A Really Good Experience

    4.8 out of 5 starsby rebecca11 on 05/27/2009

This was my first time buying a used car and I was pretty apprehensive about it. I went to a number of dealers in the area so got a fair sampling of vehicles and sales styles and I can truly say that the folks at Klein Honda understood what I was looking for, showed me cars that fit my needs, won my confidence and ended up selling me a car. My sales guys, James and Corey, were both not only really nice people but professional, knowledgeble and straightforward and had a no-pressure approach that made me want to give them my business. My entire experience with everyone there was really positive and I felt like I got a very fair deal on a car that I could not be happier with. I will certainly be seeing the folks there again for service on my vehicle and the next time I'm in the market for a car - used or new - they will be my first stop. Thanks to all of you at Klein Honda for making what started out to be a scary prospect a fun and positive experience. Rebecca
  • Highly recommended!

    4.8 out of 5 starsby gagans_08pilot on 02/03/2009

First, I want to thank Charles & Steve for giving me a run for my money! This is my 3rd Honda from Mr. Klein and knowing that I got a great deal and feeling good about it is enough for me to go through this process for them. I can't get enough coffee or hot chocolatt'e for my kids and a warm, inviting and comfy place to have my Honda's serviced there! Since I was looking for another Honda, I decided to go for a Used Pilot this time. They had many to chose from, it was almost overwhelming, but atleast I know they had the availability. They were priced way to high for my budget so I found 2 that I liked and negotiated it down to what they were willing to give it for. For what only was an hour of negotiating or being at the Dealership, I left not buying a car. Charles shook my hand with a genuine smile and kept his promise to keep in touch with me as he wanted to earn my business and keep what Mr. Klein's motto of "Customer Care" dealership intact. I went straight to this website to research more and decided that I should get a new Pilot for what I'm buying a Certified Used one for. I went back the next day, where I met Charles again and he sat me down to figure what was on my mind. He pulled out the Pilot "Special Edition" (SE) and that was everything I needed in that vehicle. He didn't pull up a leather trim or navigator series. Yes, he listened to me, remembered what was important to me and pulled up the perfect car. Of course, I negotiated down to $130/invoice. With the treatment that I recieved from Charles and for Steve showing me paperworks to back his price, this will be the place and person I recommend to go when you want to buy a car! They are legit and fast, believe it or not! Customer care fits perfect for Mr. Klein's motto. Thanks a lot Charles!
