Q was super knowledgeable about the different options for our budget, and must have in a car. We initially went to just to look around, but after talking to Q, we decided to go back the next day to buy our brand new car.… Ask for Q when you go to Klein Honda for car shopping. Q the product specialist was great at answering our questions and landing us on the perfect car.… Definitely look for him when buying a car from Klein Honda. Never did I feel pressured nor did we discuss numbers during my tour of the car I had wanted. Though I would have wanted a higher end… version of the car it didn't fit the budget nor did I need all the fancy ammentaties that came with the next tier. What I can say is Ken made sure I had a great deal and followed through 100%. I'll be sure to come back to lease my second car from this particular dealer.We've been back 2 times!!!!!!

A HUGE Thank you to Ken and Shane Patrick for truly going the extra mile in making me feel relaxed and making sure I understood everything that was going on during the entire… process. Normally I really really hate buying a new car... It is a a dreaded process that is part of life... Not this time!! Ken was there the entire time and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. So I made the trip to Klein Honda. The sales staff was amazing! My wife and I got… the car we wanted and to top it off...Klein gave us a Life Time Warranty and 3 Year Maintenance for FREE.Lowest possible pricing for a new car. Period.

Just bought a Honda Accord for $22K OUT THE DOOR. 0.9% financing makes it even sweeter. I dare… you to find any other Honda dealership in Washington state that will go lower than $24K.Great service, need more inventory

I worked with Bill and we went on several test drives, though I was disappointed that there were no Touring Pilots on… the lot so inventory could be stronger Cool bowling game inside my kids loved and good atmosphere overall.Good time at Klein, good info.

I made it clear from onset I wasn't buying-but that didn't stop Bill from giving me his full attention. I also learned we were both born in Alaska… I learned a lot about Honda's and love the Lifetime Warranty they offer. Very cool! Coffee machine needs to be replaced but small complaint really. Will be back soon when I'm ready.Key is Amazing!!

Everyone from my salesman to the office staff were great in keeping track of what I wanted and contacted me the… minute my brand new, white, 2016 Honda Civic showed up on the lot. Nobody really knew when white would arrive. The purchasing process was easy and Raj was patient with me, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Very good experience!A bad day turned around

It just so happened to be raining that day .I was also followed around my car… search with a umbrella that my sales person held for me. I have lived in the Seattle area for 25 years and I do not happen to own a Umbrella. But the customer service made me feel really good and welcome. I will be recommending this dealership. The salesman who helped me was Damon Wilson .I just wanted to let you know that he really made me feel valued and appreciated.Happy with my purchase

She had purchased a car there and have great experience with Phan so I decide to give it a try. My first impression was that how well organize and nice the place was, then I got greeted by Phan. I knew I needed a vehicle that would be good for my growing family but I dont know much about cars but the Bill was able to help me out and show me alot of the new… features and options availible. I had a couple choices in mind but besides the name and looks I needed the informative and pressure free approach he had to help me try and make a desicion.
