Outstanding service at Chevrolet of Everett Service Department

They took time to listen to our concerns and witness the issue, offered to help resolve the problem and then fixed the issue free of charge! We are forever… grateful for what you all had done for us! We keep telling everyone how great Chevrolet of Everett is to work with and we plan on buying our next car at your location. Even if I don't want a Chevy, I will settle for whatever in order to ONLY purchase it at Chevrolet of Everett. I have previously left reviews on Google because every time we have been into service, each technician has been superior! Thank you for all you have done for us!Our entire team works hard to work with your budget and get you the best deal. Great customer service

Everett Chevrolet has treated me equally well on warranty items as well as scheduled maintenance. I usually wait at the… dealership and they are quick as well.We appreciate your positive review about your recent experience with us!

by Chevygirl on 01/21/2019I’ve been using this service department since purchasing my vehicle from this dealership 2 years ago. The dealership and staff are wonderful. However I feel there is a breakdown in communication somewhere between the techs whom actually… work on your car and the front desk. Almost every time I am at the service department it’s the same, my car is taken back for the service an “estimated” time frame is given and I sit in the waiting area reading a book. The problem is 99% of the time I see my car be finished, I wait 10-15 minutes then make my way to the desk where they don’t seem to realize my car has been finished? OR twice now the rep helping me has gone to lunch and decided not to check my car out first, thus I get to wait an extra hour! I feel like if there was better Filing system or better form of communication this could easily be remedied.Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review and letting us know how we can improve. Vacationers are saved on a long weekend Friday

Everett Chevrolet was able to locate & order the tire for us, and fit us in for the service on Friday afternoon of Labor Day weekend, We were driven in the… courtesy van to a nearby restaurant and picked up after.
