Dealership Service Review
I’ve been using this service department since purchasing my vehicle from this dealership 2 years ago. The dealership and staff are wonderful. However I feel there is a breakdown in communication somewhere between the techs whom actually work on your car and the front desk. Almost every time I am at the service department it’s the same, my car is taken back for the service an “estimated” time frame is given and I sit in the waiting area reading a book. The problem is 99% of the time I see my car be finished, I wait 10-15 minutes then make my way to the desk where they don’t seem to realize my car has been finished? OR twice now the rep helping me has gone to lunch and decided not to check my car out first, thus I get to wait an extra hour! I feel like if there was better Filing system or better form of communication this could easily be remedied.
