    It is so hard to find a dealership that knows how to be helpful and attentive, yet avoid the hovering and high pressure so often found elsewhere. We truly felt our sales person, Deb Smith, was motivated to help us find the EXACT car we wanted at a fair price. The process was quick and easy, and she was unfazed at having to go out of state to find an exact match for us. No one likes the process of negotiating a price, but everyone can sense whether or not they are being dealt with fairly. We left the table happy, and West Hills made a sale--- more importantly, they made us likely to spread the word that they are a great dealership! Outstanding!

    If you are like us we always dreaded trying to buy a new vehicle. Long waits at boring dealerships, high pressure sales, compromise by taking what they have on the lot, even if it's not what you really wanted, and here is our price-take it or leave it. We use this dealership to perform all our service on our Dodge Journey. Since the entire staff is friendly and courteous at each of our visits, we often strike up conversations with all, vice just handing around in the waiting room for the car to be done. On several of our previous visits we met and talked to Tyson Stanley. Great individual with a great personality and tons of knowledge. He also introduced us to Shay Wilson, another great and friendly person. On each visit that we make they always would stop and say hello. One our last service visit as we were greeted again by Tyson, we talked about possibly trading our custom van for a Ram 2500 to get a new tow vehicle for our trailer. He kindly explained the different options, what would work to fill our needs and what we could possible get for our trade. Great conversation with no pressure or compromise at all. We set up a time the next day to bring our van in for an appraisal. When we returned we were met by Tyson and Shay. We presented our wants and wishes that we expected if we were to buy a new truck today. We listed all the details from truck type, engine, accessories, seat type and material, trade-in price and bottom line price we would be willing to pay, etc. They took our list and headed out. Meanwhile we spent our time enjoying conversation with other members of the staff, having lunch at the Toyota Cafe across the senic street (they have a great breakfast burrito) and listening as Tyson gave us detailed updates to the progess in meeting our wants. Next we spent time with Art Hunt in service who has always been great to deal with. He always is friendly, knowledable and great to talk to. He always happily puts up with my 1000 and one questions. He reviewed the maintenance and associated costs for the new truck that we wanted to buy and what we could expect happening to our truck which was another selling point for us. As a matter of fact we would have never came to this dealership had it not been for our previous dealings with Art. Glad he came here, as it now is the only place we will take our vehicles. Meantime Tyson came back and presented us with the offer to get us into a new truck. What he presented met all our wish list. Since the truck in question lacked 3 accessories that we really needed, he included a "We Own", which will have those items installed when they are recieved at no extra cost to us. Everything was done great, professional, and timely and we are now owners of a fancy new Ram 2500. Our total experience was great and enjoyed every minute doing business at this terrific and pleasant dealership. Thanx to all.

    Your lease on your Tundra is up, you have been searching for weeks for the next truck, you are getting nowhere--not finding what you want in the price you can afford-what do you do? You go to Amelia Reisman at West Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge! Amelia works hard to find just the right vehicle for you and your budget without trying to talk you into something you really shouldn't try to afford. Amelia is so knowlegeable about all the different vehicles--all the different aspects of them--I was impressed. She treated us with respect, patience, and kindness. All around it was one of the best vehicle buying experiences we have had. Another good thing was that we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to get any answers (numvbers) and going through finance was easier than anywhere else.

    I have never purchased a vehicle with out advise or assistance from some family member so this was a new experience for me & a little frightening also. Not sure what I was getting myself into. But I needed a new car. I met Dallas Howell to see what my options might be. He really listened to what I wanted & what I could afford. He checked different vehicles on line & then we went looking @ the different lots to get more of my prospective of likes & dislikes. He found a Honda CR-V with everything that I mentioned & it even met my price range. I have never had such a wonderful experience in buying a vehicle. Usually there is so much pressure from a salesperson to buy now & not let a person think. Not with Dallas. He gave me all of my options & let me decide no pressure. When I have called he either is right there or gotten back to me in a very timely manor. I'm going to tell everyone that needs a car to go & see Dallas Howell @ West Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge.     I really liked the sales people, especially Amelia. she was so helpful. When i first went there they didn't have what i was looking for. however, Amelia stayed on top of things, and when my perfect car came in she called me so quickly. i was very impressed with how easy West Hills made buying a car!     I was helped By Shay Wilson. He toke the time to find the right car for me. He was very friendly and not pushy like salesman are normally. I have to say West Hill Chrysler Jeep and Dodge are very friendly to the military.

    The whole sales department did their job extremely well, i have no completes on how they approached me in making this sale. The minute that Amelia called me and i explained my situation she worked with me on every aspect she could along with her manager. Amelia is a true professional and a true people person she was not pushy at all and not even rude on the phone like another sales department that is across the street. Both her and her manager gave me the best deal and i was finally able to get out from underneath my other vehicle. I have been a Dodge truck person for the last 7 years and by far this is the best sales team and service department that i have the pleasure doing business with. I liked the fact that they listened to my needs and gave me their opinion and waited patiently until me and my fiance came to a decision a few days later. It was a great experience overall and i just liked that i was not feeling any pressure. Thank you to a great sales department!

    We have had great experiences with this dealership the last two years. We do all our servicing (Jeep and Toyota) there and purchased an older used car for our daughter and have always been satisfied. As the staff always makes me feel comfortable when I go in I decided to bug them when I needed to check something out, though I knew we were not ready to buy. Our family owned a two door Jeep Wrangler (excellent vehicle) but when we decided to go to a one car family and had to use it for kids, dogs and soon, In-Laws!, it became clear it was just a bit of a challenge. In town (Bremerton) I saw one of the 4 door Sahara's. I wondered how roomy it was inside and felt it might be perfect for the various needs of our family. Problem. We were not in a position to be able to buy, at this time. So I thought!! I stopped by and found Tyson Stanley. I told him I didn't want to take his time and just would appreciate seeing the interior of a 4 door Jeep so we could determine if we should save toward future purchase. With absolutely NO high pressure sales, and a great volume of knowledge, Tyson and Dallas worked together and actually got us into a 2007 Sahara that is SO MUCH more suitable for our family. We are very happy and especially pleased to avoid the pushiness. If Tyson hadn't been willing to just show me what I wanted, and send me on my way, we probably wouldn't have our perfect vehicle now. But he was, and just asked if I wanted to see if anything could be worked out. I was certain they couldn't but if he was willing to waste the time . Turns out he was so right. This dealership has always seemed very customer oriented and they have a long term customer in us.

    Service at West Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge is absolutely superb. We went in with a beat up 1997 Grand Cherokee and came out with an amazing 2007 Jeep Commander. The customer service was like no other and they went the extra mile to find us the perfect vehicle. We tested out several cars and finally came to the decision on the Commander where they were able to help us lower the monthly payments to get them where we wanted them. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle to these people becasue they truly know how to sell their cars.

    Dealership had a great cash incentive program that made the purchase of this vehicle very easy. Salesman was Dallas, knew vehicle very well and was polite and helpful, immediately arranged a test drive and had car washed and fueled after purchase. Plenty of staff available on a Saturday, other dealership I had just been at was barely staffed and customers were just wandering around looking bored and lost. Other than it always seems to take so long, good overall experience and happy with purchase.

    Service dept. desk clerk was not very helpful, seemed bored with it all and really did not explain the repairs done nor costs. No calls at home with updates/timelines when they would be done. Now the service technicians were spot on and did a great job, good diagnostic skills for a tricky repair.

    Best dealership I have ever been to! Tyson Stanley was our sales person and from the moment we got there he was very friendly, no pressure, very knowledgeable and helpful. He made our new purchase so easy! I highly recommened this dealership and Tyson! By far the best experience we have had at a dealership and with a sales person, they stayed late and worked with us, West Hills & Tyson truly believe in Customer Service!     Upon arriving at West Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge we were professionally greeted by Shawn. His low key, no pressure service was refreshing after a day of visiting other high pressured, frustrating, insulting sales staff. He showed us only a vehicle that we asked for and didn't attempt to up sell to a more expensive model. The negotiation process was done in a gentlemanly and honorable manner. After an agreement was reached, Shawn left to personally see to the detailing of our new vehicle. Do yourself a favor and have Shawn Kelley help you find your next vehicle.

    I just wanted to thank Cody and Tyson, at the West Hills Jeep Dealership for their outstanding customer service. I recently needed to sell my car due to financial hardship and to purchase a less expensive vehicle. It was a difficult time for me and I really appreciated both Cody and Tyson's professionalism. Neither tried to up sell me on a vehicle I couldn't afford. There was none of the typical sales speeches we as consumers so often find when purchasing a car. It was a very quick and easy process. To be quite honest, the absolute best experience I have had! They bought my car from me, and set me up in a really nice Ford station wagon. It is a safe and reliable means of transportation that is a perfect fit for my two children and I. I really appreciated the time these two guys took looking for a safe vehicle with high ratings...they really know their way around safety. I came in with my five year old daughter, and Tyson was ready with bottled water, popcorn, and a balloon. My daughter was thrilled, and it made it a lot easier for us to discuss sales while she was preoccupied. The entire staff at the dealership was outstanding! They truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and valued no matter how difficult your financial situation is.     To whom it may concern: The last few years have been very hard on everyone in the retail industry, and when it comes to customer service I think we can all agree that it's the first thing to go out the window. If you know anything about retail you know that companies are out for one thing turning a profit. Bad customer service starts with scared management and their negative attitudes that they pass down to the staff. Annie Meyer may or may not be dealing with poor management, if she is you cant tell!! The reason I say this is because she has never once made me feel like a number, and has a constant smile on her face. Annie's customer service skills rival most people that I have had the pleasure of working with and stands out in mind as a great employee, as well as a great asset to your company. I had a major issue with my car and she did everything she could to make sure that I was taking care of, along with going far beyond what I would say are her job details. THANK YOU Annie your great!     I have recently moved to the area and was very pleased to find a female, Annie, working in your service department. The last dealership I went to had a bunch of arrogant men working there. It was so comforting dealing with Annie knowing that she understood me from a woman's perspective. I liked how attentive she was with all of my concerns and explained everything in a way that allowed me to make sense of everything going on. I will not hesitate to bring my van back in and will let all the other military wives know that there is a female's advocate at the Dodge dealer in Bremerton.

    We purchased our new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4dr from Deb at West Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Bremerton Wa. We take our Dodge Ram to West Hills for service and decided to look there for a new Jeep since the service department has exceeded our expectations .My husband and I really liked the dealership because there is NO high pressure sales. They treat you professionally and they even have a great sense of humor and they value your business. We really like Deb, if your looking for a good deal and a no pressure sales woman go to West Hills in Bremerton; they have a large selection and she is very willing to spend the day with you to find the exact vehicle to meet your wants and needs!     What a pleasure to go in for a service estimate, which came out high as expected, and come home with a wonderful "well priced" car. The service I recieved from Shay was friendly, caring, and very fair. All of my concerns and needs were put first as I processed the unexpected purchase. From Shay, the salesman, to Ron the Finance Manager, friendly professionalism and sincere customer service was the focus. It is clear why West Hills has such a great reputation.     My wife and I decided to go car hunting spur of the moment last Saturday. Upon arriving at West Hills Chrysler, we were greeted by a salesman named Shay Wilson. Shay immediately grabbed some keys and hit every car lot on the West Hills site without hesitation. I told Shay exactly what I was looking for, as well as what I want to pay total, and per month. Within less than an hour Shay had found my wife and I a 2006 Toyota Camry. Within 45 minutes, our deal was closed and I was driving without a doubt the most comfortable and enjoyable vehicle I've ever owned. But this review is not about Toyota, this review is to share my appreciation and to thank West Hills Chrysler for finding employees such employees as Shay and Brian Scott. Not only did I get the car I wanted, but I got at a ridiculously low price, and I was off the lot in less than 2 hours. These employees define customer service and have all of my automotive business as long as I'm in the Kitsap area.
