Great Experience

They worked hard to provide the best value for my trade, and a great deal on the new truck. They also did a great job explaining all… the features before I drove off the lot. While I'm here... I will recommend their service department as well. I used to take my old Toyota to them for it's routine service. The folks in service are just as friendly, and they will go out of their way to make sure your experience is a great one.Quality Service!

The service staff at Heartland Toyota are all great people too. They make everything so easy, they are… very efficient. I had specific questions concerning how my Hybrid works and all of my questions were answered by David Brook, Master Technician. He is an incredible person to talk with. Thank you David. This is my third child and have had the experience of buying many cars and this was by far the most… enjoyable transaction I have ever had. Joseph Del Grosso was amazing to me and my daughter. Took the time to answer all our questions. Did not waste our time trying to SELL us, Thank you JD.. Rachel is happy, I am happy and she is in a safe car that she can afford and take to school.Great place to buy!

Great selection, great sales staff and they made it easy to find the best financing for me. My wife and I have four young boys and Heartland Toyota has… two children's areas as well as a Cafe so the time spent at their dealership was nice. Since my purchase I have been back to install my license plates and have the vehicle serviced, and every time they made me feel more than welcome. Its a great place to do business.Great dealership
by napakdk on 11/02/2009I live in Sammamish (just north of Issaquah). I recently bought a 2010 Toyota Prius from Heartland Toyota in Bremerton. Why did I drive so far to buy my new car there? One word - trust. My sales person James Alameda is professional but… a lot of fun and very knowledgeable. I was treated like royalty from every department including sales, finance and even the snack bar. This car was very different than my previous car (also bought at Heartland) so I was a little intimidated by the new instrumentation. Every item on my car was carefully explained to me and I drove off the lot feeling very comfortable for my drive home. It is obvious to me that this dealership is managed very well and is a good place to work. All the employees seemed happy and eager to help and offer information. I love my new Prius and buying it from Heartland Toyota in Bremerton was an excellent experience! P.S. I just had the first oil change on my Prius and again I drove to Bremerton because I trust Heartland to treat me with honesty and integrity.Excellent customer service with honesty and integrity

He was very helpful and very patient with my requests (I am in a wheelchair and have certain specialized requirements that he did his best to accommodate). Used the… Costco program to get a good no-haggle price and the amount for my trade in (a 2003 Toyota Tundra) was also good. No pressure and I never felt like I was being pushed towards something I didn't want. Overall a pleasant and satisfying buying experience, probably the best I have had so far.No Pressure easy to work with

This has been the 3rd car I have purchased from Heartland and every time has been a no hassle no pressure transaction. I came in with a general… idea of what I was looking for, as I was looking for a basic 4WD SUV to get an idea of what driving a SUV would be like. My Salesperson Rabar Ali helped turn that general idea into a SUV that I was comfortable in and knowing that I was under a time constraint was able to make the purchase happen in two hours. I no longer live in the Bremerton area but drove there specifically to let Heartland handle the car deal because of the many great experiences I have had. So if you are looking to buy go to Heartland and ask to see Rabar.2010 Toyota Tundra and 2000 Toyota Camry

The staff a Toyota were great to work with and made it a smooth and easy transaction from… start to finish. by jannonen on 10/24/2009Would recommend Joseph Del Grosso (J.D.) to any new car buyer. The dealership should do everything in their power to retain this guy!!! Unlike any salesman I've encountered he invested a piece of himself in the relationship. Unlike most… sales agents, he did not swindle income and trust in exchange for some cheap trick. J.D. obviously understands that in a rural community, the same people you "rip-off" are the same people you go to church with, and see at the grocery store. He listened to our specific vehicle performance needs, showed us several different models, then gave us time to decide on the package which would best serve our needs within a given price range. Best of all he worked with the floor manager to keep us within the bargaining price range. J.D. should be teaching sales staff that the best way to gain a customer is earn the trust of a friend. Ultimately, the product he sold - 2010 Toyota Tundra - has not failed to please. As a larger truck, it has shown better capability for it's designed purpose than the U.S. products of the same class. Hopefully, the competition will improve U.S. design and production. I will recommend any dealership where J.D. is employed. He is a "TRUE" asset to the company. I would recommend the Tundra to anyone looking for a quality built, easy handling truck that fits into a niche between half and three-quarter ton towing capacity.Heartland Toyota - Great Service

It's good to be treated like a VIP by their best salesman (James). He defitnitely took into consideration the… customers needs and treated you with respect not just another sale!STILL YET TO FIND A TRUSTWORTHY DEALERSHIP!
by rpjazzer on 01/27/2009I bought a new 07 RAV4 last Dec 06. At first I thought I finally found a dealership that I can trust. It turned out not to be true. Here were the issues that I had with Heartland Toyota: - I paid cash for the vehicle and when I received… the registration paper, it was on a lien with my Credit Union. When I brought it to their attention, I was told that there was nothing they can do because it was already registered and that I had to do the work to change the legal owner to my name. When I insisted that it was they who screwed up the person I was talking to started to become rude. I told them that they should have some kind of authorization form that I can sign to authorize them to correct the registration which they finally did. When I went to their Finance office to sign the form I was standing there throughout the time they were preparing the form. I was not even offered a seat. - They didn't tell me that there was only one key available until I signed all the paperworks and drive the vehicle home. They promised me that the other key will be available in a week because it was left at the dealership where the vehicle came from. A week past, no key. Two weeks past, no key. Later they decided to have one made at the dealership. - I was getting out of the vehicle once I got home and happened to hold on the roof edge of the vehicle just right above the driver's side door and I felt a dent when my hand rubbed on that section. I was thinking if I will return it to the dealership or keep it. I decided to keep it because I didn't think that they will believe what I will tell them. - I looked at the owner's manual, and to my surprise, there was not one in the vehicle. I had to go back the next day to pick one up. - I suspected that the vehicle was returned by previous buyer. NOW, AFTER I MENTIONED ALL THE ISSUES ABOVE, YOU BE THE JUDGE IF THIS DEALERSHIP CAN BE TRUSTED.Only come with the keys they get from the original owner. If you never asked, they don't know you want more. Also, sounds like they took care of all your requests.
Terrible Used Car Experience
by fletc3her on 01/15/2009We've had a terrible experience buying a used car from this dealer. We thought that buying from a reputable dealer would mean that we ended up with a good safe car. Instead, it feels like we bought the car from a shady used car lot. The… dealer put such cheap brake pads on the car that they squeak really loudly and are damaging the brake rotors. The dealer refuses to do anything to make the car right.very dissappointed
by ssams on 05/13/2008bought a new 07 toyota matrix and upon delivery it had scratches all over the mirrors from them detailing it for delivery...when I told the salesman about it he just said oh its ok....will never buy there again...if you buy from them my… suggestion is to check the vehicle over very well before you accept delivery and make them correct any problems even scratches before accepting deliveryGreat Experience
by senket on 01/20/2008We solicited email bids on the 2008 Prius, Silver Pine Mica, pkg #2 and got four pretty close to the Edmunds TMV. Heartland happens to be closest to us. I called Friday and talked to Susan Lake, the internet coordinator. I told her what… we wanted and what we wanted to pay for it (lowest bid). She called me back within 15 minutes, agreed to the price and said they didn't have one but had located one and would do a dealer trade with a $500 deposit. We went in Saturday to pay the deposit. We went in armed with printouts of our quotes and a printout of exactly what we wanted. We also went ready to argue price and resist sales pressure to buy more than we wanted before it went down on paper. Matt Heinrich, internet salesperson, and Mike Santanders, internet manager, took care of us. They are both pleasant, relaxed gentlemen, a pleasure to talk to. We had nothing to fight about or resist. It was kind of a let down ;-). They did not try to sell us more than we wanted. The price agreed to on the phone was set. The only stumbling block was that the car Susan found had been sold. They hunted down another one and dispatched a driver to get it while we were there. We did all the paperwork and had a free latte. The finance manager was a little pushy about selling the extended warranty. My jaw almost dropped at what they wanted for it (about twice what one can get it for elsewhere). We had to say no three times. He did explain all the paperwork well. Total time at the dealership: 2 hours, mostly just chatting with Matt while Mike hunted for the exact car we wanted and had the paperwork typed up. We picked it up today (Sunday). It's lovely! I just have to nail my left foot down since I've always driven a manual. Mike took us through the orientation to make sure we were comfortable operating it and Matt and Mike waved us goodbye as we drove off in our new car. We are very, very happy, although I'm still shaking from writing a five-digit check. BTW, we had a slightly lower bid come in after we made the phone deal. It happened to come from a dealer who has a flock of bad reviews on Edmunds. I wouldn't have trusted that bid for love nor money after reading the reviews. Ironically, that's where Heartland traded for the car we bought.After researching the cost of the extended warranty thoroughly, we called Heartland again to give them an opportunity to meet the lowest bid. They did not quite meet it; however, the EW is fully refundable if we do not use it, so we took their lowest price ($250 over our low quote). Again, the staff were quite pleasant to deal with.
