Excellent Experience with BMW Bellevue

Now that I am retired, I wanted to cut cost by trading my M440i for something with a lower payment. I worked with Client Advisor, Sam Bhurgri who advised that I probably could get the savings I needed with an i4 xDrive 40. I was skeptical because I thought that model would be above the target monthly payment I needed and I also told Sam that I did not think that I wanted an all electric vehicle at this time. Sam suggested I drive it to see what I thought and he would work on the numbers. I asked Product Specialist, Ben Johnson to go on the drive with me since I knew so little about the electric vehicles. I am glad I did because Ben was so knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and gave me very helpful information. I ended up loving how it drove and was very sold on the vehicle. I also was very surprised to find out that with all of the incentives, Sam was able to get the payment down to where I needed it. Working with both Sam and Ben was such a great experience. They were very respectful, honest and helpful and special thanks to Sales Manager, Zahid Baloch for his involvement. I would gladly recommend working with them and BMW of Bellevue.

    The treatment I recieve on the phone and in person is hit and miss. Some there at the reception are 100% professionals, and the rest are just there to treat customers like garbage. My purchase was made a miserable experience, not because my Sales person but the service department treated me like trash once my money was spent. However, the management handled the fixing of a very precarious predicament that quote "should not have happened" with courtesy and urgency that I did not expect, making up for the unacceptable treatment I recieved by technicians and the service department, who need to be supervised better.

  • disappointed on upsell of services

    Brought 2002 330ci convertible in for 2 recalls and to change the oil. Was recommended to have a brake line flush as the fluid was a bit dark,( did this ).Had the team check out why the horn was squeeking and they found that a wire was disconnected,(repair done). Also had diagnostics done for a engine service light and they were not sure but was some misfires and recommended that I replace all plugs and coils for $3500! eekk! More than half what I paid for the car. They could not guarantee that that work would take care of the issue. Uncertain diagnosis make me wonder.

  • I Won’t Be Back…

    This is my first BMW and I wanted to make sure I was changing my oil as recommended so I paid for the 3 years of unlimited oil changes plan. ($199+tax) Great deal for sure since I commute 100+ miles to work 5 days a week. Since the purchase of this plan, I’ve brought my vehicle in twice for its oil change. ON TIME at 10K miles +/-. Both times, I’ve driven away with an onboard error message telling me I am overdue for my oil change - despite it just being changed. Both times, I called this dealership’s service department about the error and both times I was promised a call back. They never call back - UNLESS your car is in their shop and they want to do MORE work than what your vehicle is in for. They’ll call you back two, even three times! Keep in mind, my onboard message system was working fine before I started bringing the car to this dealership for oil changes. Again, this isn't the first time I've had this issue after having my oil changed by their techs. What’s more... the cost of their services is outrageous! $650 for a tire rotation? A TIRE ROTATION! $235 for a simple oil change! Which they tried to charge me because they overlooked that I had paid for the unlimited oil change plan. (Which I’m glad I purchased since the oil change cost went up 100%!) Ask me if I’ll ever buy another BMW… my answer is NOPE! It’s an overrated brand with underwhelming service and reliability. Still waiting for that call back.

  • Wasted my time.

    I had a scheduled appointment for 11:20am. I arrived at 11:05am and had my car checked in by the advisor. I informed the advisor that I would be waiting for my car so he pointed me to the waiting area. At around 12:30pm the advisor came to me and informed me that the wait would be a one in a half hour to two hours wait because the service techs were on lunch. Mind you I had an appointment... I requested my keys and voiced my displeasure with the wasted time I spent there. I traveled from Fredrickson, WA for the service which on a good day is a one-hour drive. If it weren't for the fact that the oil change was free, I would not return to this particular service department.

    Excellent form start to finish. Angel set up a Lyft to get me home and informed me when the Lyft was on their way to pick me up after the work was complete. They always do an amazing job!

    Want to thank my service manager Chelsea, who was a great advocate. There was a lot of confusion around what needed to be replaced, and what the cost would be. The good news is the Service manager and BMW NW stepped in and got everything right.

    Chelsea was absolutely great to work with-friendly and communicative. Not happy with the shop’s decisions. Very unhappy with the “loaner” service. If a loaner is offered and requested in advance, don’t give me a beater from Enterprise and use my credit card to do so.

  • Good day of, challenge for follow up

    On the day of service, I received regular communication and was able to pick up my car in a timely fashion. However, the dealership itself is quite inflexible. They won’t transport you home if you live more than 10 miles away (I live 14), and they seem to never have loaner cars available for folks like me who live a bit further than their 10 mile limit. The car was not completely finished, and they assured me it would “calibrate on its own.” That has not happened, and I can’t seem to get my service rep to return my attempts to get it rectified.

    We purchased our vehicle from out of state. Every step required us to follow up with them to be sure they did their job! Told us they would send the title in 10 days and two weeks later we learn they hadn’t even sent it. Unexceptable
