Excellent Experience with BMW Bellevue

Now that I am retired, I wanted to cut cost by trading my M440i for something with a lower payment. I worked with Client Advisor, Sam Bhurgri who advised that I probably could get the savings I needed with an i4 xDrive 40. I was skeptical because I thought that model would be above the target monthly payment I needed and I also told Sam that I did not think that I wanted an all electric vehicle at this time. Sam suggested I drive it to see what I thought and he would work on the numbers. I asked Product Specialist, Ben Johnson to go on the drive with me since I knew so little about the electric vehicles. I am glad I did because Ben was so knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and gave me very helpful information. I ended up loving how it drove and was very sold on the vehicle. I also was very surprised to find out that with all of the incentives, Sam was able to get the payment down to where I needed it. Working with both Sam and Ben was such a great experience. They were very respectful, honest and helpful and special thanks to Sales Manager, Zahid Baloch for his involvement. I would gladly recommend working with them and BMW of Bellevue.

    Dave is not your typical salesman. We took a few months to pull the trigger, and Dave was always happy to work with our schedule. Never pushy, I believe this is the 4th car we've bought from Dave, and probably not the last.

    BMW Bellevue had the model that I wanted. The whole experience from walking into the dealership on day 1 to test drive the remarkably fun i3 and then signing the lease on day 2 with was completely frictionless. I went in on day 2 with my wife and my little son, and the folks at the dealership were very welcoming and took care of things while I went over the document signing. My experience was joyful. I recommend this dealership very highly.

    I have owned BMW’s for the past 10 years. Over the years I have worked with multiple BMW dealerships throughout the NW, most recently BMW of Bellevue. After my experience with Matt Johnsen, I will never go to any other dealership to service or purchase my next BMW. Matt takes customer service to another level, he provides additional value in owning a BMW by providing exceptional follow through and professionalism.     Very bad SERVICE and never every go there! Last time when I had my car for diagnosis due to whistle noise from engine side. They charged me $200 for the diagnosis and gave diagnosis report with only total price saying it will cost $4500 + tax (written in pencil) and that also not grantee the issue will be fixed. When I asked for detailed quotes, they said simply do the service here and we will give you the detailed quotes. Who will do the service without knowing what exactly are you changing and not even giving grantee that the issue will be fixed. I took the car out and gave it outside where I was given $1800 including tax and gave grantee that the issue will be fixed and if not the labor charge is free to address the issue. Gave the car and the issue got fixed and the total expense came to $1800 including tax. Not tell me whether you choose BMS Bellevue service were you have told the cost will be $4500 + tax with no grantee vs $1800 including tax with grantee. Never ever go to BMW Bellevue Service at any cost. Also think you can easy check is, the oil service. Both in BMW Seattle & Northwest they will have some coupons for $80 oil service includes oil change, filter & reset the meter. In BMW Bellevue they say they will match, however the catch is they only change oil but not filter & wont reset the meter. Then why the hell you are say, we will do price match on the service.

    I bought my 2015 BMW X5 from BMW-Bellevue. My SA, Jason Leca, was knowledgeable and professional. There was no bullshit, just honest business. I ordered my car. There was a misconfiguration in the car due to mis-communication, Jason quickly went ahead and ordered another one with the right configuration. I had this long delivery pick up list when I went to get my car. Jason patiently pre-checked everything for me and explained to me every item on the list. If you are looking for a sales person that can talk flowers, find others. If you are looking for a sales person that helps you to find the right car, and takes care of your experience, Jason is the one. Kudos Jason for a job well done!

    Dave Skipworth is the man to see at Bellevue BMW. His years of experience really shine. I felt comfortable through the whole process and he was able to answer all my questions as we went through all the options. I'd highly recommend seeing Dave if you plan to purchase a BMW.

    Purchased a 2015 X5 thru Jim Turnage. A great guy to work with. wasn't pushy at all. I will definately go back to him if lookinng for a second BMW. Every step of purchase went very smooth. Dealer display was top notch, customer service was excellent, financial service rep was very accomodating. Parts guy helped us out a lot when we look thru wheels and accessory catalogue.

    We bought our first BMW, the electric i3, at Bellevue BMW and had a terrific experience. Our salesman was friendly and accommodating, taking plenty of time to let us ask questions and helping us find a car that had the options we wanted but not the ones we didn't. We had done our research and were able to negotiate a fair price, and got through the process without feeling that a lot of time was wasted even on a day when the dealership was bustling with business. Bellevue BMW's follow-up has been great with making sure we are enjoying the car, answering questions about how to use its features, and scheduling a check-up just to make sure everything is in order.

    Internet purchase of a vehicle can be challenging. I made an offer on the VW R32 from a Portland dealer and thay made me pay for the WV inspection. Then they wanted me to pay for the new brakes and leaking axle seals that VW discovered. I decided to look for another dealer and I found the same model at BMW of Belleviue. They sent me the Carfax, Inspection report and without asking replaced all four tires and helped coordinate the delivery. The car arrived in two days and was exactly how they described it.

    I recently bought my 2015 BMW 335iX from BMW of Bellevue through Brian Liu. Dealing with both Brian and the dealership was an excellent customer service experience. We had some issues due to the fact we are not Washington state residents, and Brian and the dealership were very helpful with our situation. I will not hesitate in any way to purchase my next BMW from Brian and the team at BMW of Bellevue.

    What a great experience! BMW of Bellevue exceeded my expectations in purchasing my vehicle. Very pleasant and professional to work with. Charles Schaefer was outstanding. Very detailed and pleasant person to work with. He provided me with the attention and courtesies as you would expect from BMW. He is a true asset and really goes out of his way to ensure you are pleased. If you need a new BMW, please ask for Charles! I would not hesitate to purchase or lease another vehicle at BMW of Bellevue in the future.

    I just leased a 2014 BMW i3 Rev from BMW of Bellevue. I’m a hard negotiator, and Charles Schaefer did a professional job in working with me and his management in order to come to final leasing terms amenable to all parties. Charles is very easy to work with, and if I have any questions, he does his best to get the answers for me. This is my third BMW, but this i3 is the first car I have leased. I have worked with the personnel from the parts and maintenance department at this dealership for over 14 years. I expect the best from them and they deliver.

    I ordered a MY2015 M235i back in early September and took delivery last week of November, which is pretty much within the 60 days I could expect for a custom order. I was working with Michael Torchia, he is a really nice, no-nonsense guy. I'm not the easiest customer to work with (I know what I want AND I'm not a patient person), but Michael helped me through the process of getting into this car. I got my production number at the day of the order, I was tracking the car on bmwusa.com Once the car shipped I got the name of the ship from Mike and every time I had questions about the status of the car I got prompt response from him. The usual upsell during delivery wasn't bad (again, I know what I want) and the paperwork took very little time (under 45 minutes). When I wasn't needed to sign paper, I was fiddling with the car in the showroom, so time really passed by quick. I couldn't be happier with the service from Mike and the car is just pure joy.

    We were looking for a slightly used X3 in a very specific color and option combination. Dave skipworth found a very similar vehicle with very low miles in fantastic shape. We quickly talked numbers and did the deal. No pressure at all. Dave was a pleasure to do business with.

    I like the dealership, however when it came time to negotiating a deal on the i3, they wanted to give me 2 grand less than what the other dealer I was working with. They even said they wanted to subtract another $500 because the tires were a little worn! I almost bought a car, but they wouldn't even negotiate down to invoice price so we walked. The best part was the sales guy told me and I quote, "Well this is BMW" like they are [non-permissible content removed] or something. I've purchased 20 cars now in my life and never had I someone be some big headed over a stupid name brand. Hell, I use to own an M3, and now I'll never buy this [non-permissible content removed] I like the dealership, however when it came time to negotiating a deal on the i3, they wanted to give me 2 grand less than what the other dealer I was working with.
