I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz in Bellevue, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I worked with Nicholas in sales, and he was absolutely a joy to work with throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, Nicholas went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed. He sent me detailed videos of the car, and we communicated through texts and calls. Nicholas was always prompt in returning my messages and worked tirelessly to get me the best price possible. Thanks to his dedication and excellent customer service, I ended up purchasing a 2019 Jeep Rubicon with zero regrets. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable, and I truly appreciate all the effort Nicholas put into making it happen. If you're in the market for a new car, I highly recommend visiting Mercedes-Benz in Bellevue and working with Nicholas. You won't be disappointed!

    I had to take my car in for service and Jesus was my service advisor. He is by far the best advisor I’ve had at a dealership! He was such a gentleman when he spoke and never made me feel that I was just another customer. He spent time to talk about the issue and answered all the questions that we had. He was honest, relatable, and truly a great person! So happy with my service and Jesus! I will no doubt be coming back to that dealership! The company did a great job in hiring Jesus and there should be more people like him in these dealerships! I don’t often leave reviews, but he was amazing and deserves all the compliments in the world!

    My experience with BMB was decent. A bit longer than I hoped for (isn’t it always?) but it was fine. The payment calculators online should really include tax. I went in with a solid idea of what I could/would pay based on the kbb app. However at the end of the process, I had to add another year to the loan, and ended up with a monthly payment that was about $200.00 more than anticipated. The last time I bought a car, I used a car broker. Nothing against BMB (they were good), but I will probably go back to that next time. Just less hassle all around.

    I have 2 vehicles serviced by Bellevue Mercedes and they always get my cars in in a timely manner, are very thorough with looking over the whole car, are expedient at fixing or servicing the car, and they even arranged a free Lyft for me when I needed a ride to the dealership and my wife was unable to take me. This dealership is my “go to” dealer to buy a car, service a car, and get help with my operation of the vehicles in any way. Auto Nation really does a first class and fairly priced job.

    I called to see if you had tires, at first parts dept, little short-you just want price or do you really want tires? Stated I want tires and fast. He found he had 4, held them and transferred me to service. I spoke with my service rep, "I am sorry forgot name: was friendly, and helpful. He got me a ride to my work by Roman-who was very pleasant during the drive to my work. I was very impressed with the customer service, as it is lacking in todays environment. I felt they went above to make pleasant experience. They fit me in super fast, and took care of me so I could take care of my business clients as the work was getting done.

    First rate. Even though I could go to a specialized tire dealer, like Les Schwab or Discount Tires or Costco, to swap my winter tires for summer tires, I feel that using the Mercedes dealer service department for the work ensures that it is done correctly and that the tire monitoring connections are properly hooked up. The cost to switch the tires is roughly comparable to what I would pay elsewhere, and since we only have one car I am also able to get a loaner car while the work is being done rather than having to wait around in a tire store lobby for several hours while the tire swap is performed.

    My car was given annual service which was done exactly on time and Jesus delivered it to me when it was finished and the Lyft driver did not show up. i could not have asked for better service.

  • GL-450 62,000 Miles Blown Motor

    It looks like my expectation for Mercedes quality and first in class engineering was misguided. My babied 2014 GL-450 with 62,000 miles blows out the #1 piston. The lack of empathy was evident when the quote was given “$40,000 for the motor, $10,000 for the install, what would you like to do”. When I said I would not and could not afford to pay for that he gave me 2 days to “get my car out of here”. WOW!!! I’m pretty speechless. Now I own a beautiful 6,000 pound paperweight with a Mercedes emblem on the grill. Looks like I need to buy a bigger desk.
