    If I could give zero stars I would. Their level of Customer service is horrible. This truly is the worst dealership out there. Do not trust anyone there especially Alper, Rhonda and Chris. Long story short, I was lied to, my car was signed off that it went through a 125 point inspection but come to find out, it never was properly inspected at all, the mechanic just lied and signed off on it anyway. Watch yourself if you purchase a car from this dealership

    I purchased a late model Subaru Outback a week ago. As a longtime dealership employee, the pricing strategy was refreshing and welcome. I was treated well, my trade was quickly appraised and a fair value given, and we had a smooth transaction. There were a couple small items on the vehicle found during the road test and delivery (needed a new battery and second key) but those items were quickly rectified. All in all, a very positive experience. The staff and management were respectful, straight shooting, and communicated well with me, before, during, and after the sale.

    I initially worked with Matt Stockton on purchasing a new car. My experience was horrible. First of all, Matt is [non-permissible content removed]. You know the greasy car salesmen you see in movies that try to swindle you? That's Matt. First of all, he lied to my face saying that if I buy a new car, I have to get dent and appearance protection, or else I can't buy the car. Once I talked to the GM later, I found out this was a lie. Later on, Matt kept giving me calls after the purchase had already been made, a few times to ask if I want to buy a car (???), the last time to force me into getting a different vehicle than the one I order cause it was on the lot. I refused and he laughed at me saying that 9 out of 10 people would take this deal. Autonation took him off my case and I worked with Tim who is amazing and super nice and kind - this review is not for him or for Chris who also was amazing. This review is for the way Autonation operates. They celebrate sexists and I kept getting emails from Matt. Now, I just got my registration certificate, and Autonation perhaps thought it is funny to write Matt's name in pen on the top of my certificate. It's been exhausting, cause this all has been happening over the course of 6 months. Every time I email someone and state that this is not OK, they ignore my complaint in a very Seattle-like way (ignore it and wish me a great day). After coming to this country a year ago, I have never felt treated in a worse way and I feel like Autonation ignores the bad things their employees do and actually celebrate it.

    Truly a one stop shop for both quality service and quality cars! Walked in and met Jim Stakkestad, within a few hours of paper work and good conversation, I rode home in a new to pre pre-owned Honda Civic that I truly love. Part of the incredible service was their direct link to my bank and loan office, and to Enterprise Car Rentals, allowing me to just leave the rental at the Auto Nation lot. Everything made incredibly easy! Their Incredible Service is like no other car dealings I have experienced.

    On Thursday I found out my car that had been in an accident was totaled. I called many dealerships to set up test drives on Friday. Tim at Ford Bellevue responded very quickly and was able to set up a test drive for a Mach-e for Friday morning. We came in, did the test drive, which was very smooth and low pressure. After test driving several other cars we decided to buy one that afternoon. They were able to get through the purchase process reasonably quickly. Tim and everyone else at Ford Bellevue was very nice and helpful leading to a great purchase experience.

    I had the best sales experience with RHONDA DORIAN. It started with a promptly returned phone call from an internet inquiry. Continued with clear communications and logistics to connect in person. Resulted in the most fun test drive of my life! When it came to purchasing, the dealership prices and offer for my trade-in was fair. There was no hassles. Highly recommend working with RHONDA DORIAN. Very knowledgeable, attentive to details, and she really made it fun to buy a new vehicle. Thank you Rhonda!

    Jacob L was awesome. If you are a car person, Jacob will return in kind. Jacob knows cars and hears what you are saying. Came in with a buddy to look at the Mustang, Jacob appreciating my buddy and I were car guys, he brought us over to the Mach E and let us know what we might be missing and wow were we missing. Appreciate that the dealership also did not add dealer markup (except on Mustang Dark Horse). Friendly bunch not doing high pressure sales.

    I had an excellent experience at Autonation Ford. The team was very communicative from the beginning, starting with the online inquiry, and continued to provide great service throughout the sales process until I drove out with my new Mach-E. I had done extensive research prior to purchasing the vehicle, and George was able to answer all of my questions without issue and demonstrated the features I had requested during our test drive. I felt well informed of my choices and did not feel pressured to make my decision at any point, which is a big plus for me. I've never financed a vehicle before, but Hunter was a pleasure to work with and was, once again, able to answer my questions without any trouble.

    Happy to say we had a great experience at a car dealership for once. My wife and I never really trust car dealerships in general but we are happy to say this one is worth trusting. At least with Tim, the sales rep we worked with. We had quite the drive to this dealership and they respected our time accordingly. We were given a very fair offer for our trade in and the price of the vehicle we purchased was very fair. Warranty pricing was the only thing we had hangups with but was able to negotiate to a reasonable price. So all in all it was a pleasant experience.

    Friendly staff. I love the no dicker price. I asked for an office so I could take work calls while they did the paperwork and they were more than happy to oblige and work with my schedule. They even delivered the car to my house for me since I'm a single mom and would have had to ask around for a ride to pick up.
