    I believe my experience at Fred’s was great. The Lexus IS i purchased was just as pictured and the help I got was exceptional. I’d like to point out somebody who made the experience so much more easy for me. His name was Tony. He said he deals with the tags and other things but he helped me get my tags in a matter of days instead of me going to the busy NOVA area that it is. Would recommend to a first time buyer like myself

    Mike was great to work with. Ask for him when you go shopping for a car at Freds Executive Auto! He did a great job showcasing the cars..I ended up getting an Audi A8. Mike followed up as promised after my purchase and hooked it up with some paint! The staff is very cool and not pushy when it comes to your auto purchase. The finance guy David did a great job as well got us a great rate, and I walked out of the dealership with my new car. Good vibes at the dealership you dont feel cheated or scammed. Will recommend to friends and family and I know where I'll be purchasing my next car!

    Please avoid buying a car from this dealership. We bought a used 2013 Honda Civic. While buying the owner of the dealership was very friendly & told us that we could bring the car back if there was any issues. After driving it on the very first day, we noticed that the AC was not working. After calling multiple times the salesman Shams & others deflected us telling us to bring it to their auto repair shop. When we finally took it to their affiliated shop (Alexandria Car Clinic) for repair, they told us that there was a leak & it would cost $500 (there were other issues like the rear window could not be opened, etc.). We contacted the dealership hoping they would take care of it (as it was an existing problem). The dealership refused to take care of repair charges saying it was too late (it had only been a month & we had been constantly in touch with the salesman). On the whole, the dealership is a fraud and I would caution anyone from buying their car from this dealership.

    The sales team and over went over and beyond to get us into the car of our choice. Hubby and I were pleased with the customer service and the buying experience at Fred's Executive Auto. You will not be disappointed because not only is the customer service top notch, but the prices on his cars are unbeatable. To top it off, we received a wonderful Afghan dinner without cost to us from his brother's fabulous restaurant (Dunya Afghan)! We would definitely come to Fred's Executive Auto again and the restaurant!!

    I had been out car shopping all day when I made this dealership my last stitch effort after being out for 9 hours looking for a good deal. I brought my mom along with and by that point we were both exhausted and fed up after dealing with unprofessional salesman all day. After surveying their lot for a bit, Mike assisted us with finding the perfect car for me. After a test drive I sat down with Tony and David who got me the best deal I ever could have imagined. They stayed 3 hours past their closing time and helped me out in every single way they could have. I had the best experience with them. It was almost scary how helpful they were. I will say that the temperament of this dealership may take some off guard. They are very laid back and do not put any pressure on you. Beyond the sale, they have taken care of me and my car since and maintained the same high level of great customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone who will listen now.

    This place is great. I live in west virginia and had to drive 6 hours to get to the dealership and they waited 2 hours after closing just for me. The car was in amazing condition just as pictured . I was in and out of there in no time. For all out of staters like me, I highly recommend this place!!! Not to mention that I left with a great price and the next day they got me an even lower interest rate and a lower payment. It's definatly worth the visit and I will definatly come back in the future thank you guys so much.

    I drove all the way from Arlington to Woodbridge to view a vehicle I saw online (2008 Black CL63). I was very interested in the car and had already driven down on sunday when they were closed to see it but of course couldn't test drive. When I arrived today, not a single person came out to greet me despite a lot empty of visible customers. The only person that said hello was the gentleman washing the cars. I even saw two sales people conversing outside when I pulled onto the lot both of which scattered as I pulled in. You would have thought so was driving a 1968 Ford! I had already submitted an online request for info that got ignored. I suppose I should have taken that as a sign. If this is the level of customer service you receive at this dealership then I'll pass. I even slowly paced around just to give them a second chance to come out before I left. Nothing...thanks but no thanks. It's a shame because I really loved the car, but I'll have to take my business elsewhere.
    • On 1/21 I reviewed this dealership after a very disappointing first impression. I was contacted by the ownership following that review with an apology for what occurred. They offered to correct the situation and assigned a salesperson. The ownership did make arrangements to bring the vehicle to where I was in Pentagon City on Weds 1/25. The salesperson Louis who brought the car was very professional, engaged in my needs, detailed and apologetic. He was also very committed to making the deal happen. Unfortunately Louis informed me he was leaving the country the next day and I would be dealing with a new salesperson. Following that I went to the dealership again on Friday 1/27. I was directed to a female salesperson who was seemed nice and polite, but not as engaged as Louis. We spoke about my approach to purchasing and other logistical information about what I was looking for. She asked that I fill out the credit app a few times, which I told her I did not want to do without driving the car again. We went and drove the car on a short drive. When we returned we had more discussion and I informed her I was concerned about having several inquiries generated from the app. She assured me that, "No, you will only have one inquiry." After some thought, I completed the application. Sometime passed and I was taken and introduced to the Finance Manager who provided me with two options for the purchase. One which required that I keep my current car I intended on trading and one trading the car. Here is my final take on this dealership. Once I did speak to someone ok, however I don't believe the focus felt driven towards customer satisfaction. They corrected the mistake brought to their attention but had I not made the review or emailed the dealership, I would still have the same initial impression I had. As for the deal, the Finance Manager was also a nice guy and polite, however I don't think he worked very hard to make the deal happen. The first option where I would need to put somewhere between $7K-$10K down to make the deal happen was honestly ridiculous. I accept the fact that I have negative equity and a current loan with a high interest rate. But I just feel that adding value to my trade (instead of valuing it to make money off the my car) and making adjustment to the new vehicle price, coupled with a reasonable down payment amount we could have made something happen. After informing them I would need to think about the options, I've heard nothing as of 1/29. Such is life. Being objective I can say that an good effort was made to correct the disappointing impression that I had. However, following that and going forward, I don't know that I felt any stronger sense of customer value at this dealership than I have at any other. Also, your salespersons should know what they are informing customers. Upon leaving the dealership I my credit alerts starting coming through rapidly saying that I had multiple inquiries from several auto loan banks. I accept that because I know how this works, but don't tell customers they are only going to have one inquiry because that's not true. While I wish we could have got a deal done, I am not going to put myself in a worse position to get the car. There has to be some compromise on both sides. As of today 1/31 I have received no follow up since visiting the dealership on 1/27. The only follow up contact I've received was from the receptionist in regards to editing this review.

    Fred's Executive Auto has amazing service, they make you feel at home with them. They make you laugh and keep you company while sitting there all day (because it is just impossible to buy a car in just a couple of hours). Before handing me the keys to my new car, they washed it and gassed it up!!! Fred's takes care of their customers!!!

    I bought a car from Fred's Auto and they had great customer service in the beginning. Once the papers were signed they stop answering my calls, the car broke down within the next two weeks, I was told the warranty they sold me would cover it but it did not, they even took two full loan payment for the same car in my name. I am still trying to get them to pay back the second loan that was issued to them in my name. So please beware. If you choose to purchase from them -read every line and get what you want in writing!! Good Luck!

    After searching for a car all day my dad and I came across Fred’s Executive Auto. This dealership not only provided great customer service from a variety of different employees but it also had the best prices of any other car dealership we had seen. All in all Fred’s Executive Auto was a great experience and they helped me get my first car at a more than fair price.

    Everyone here at Fred's Executive Auto is AWESOME. They gave 1st class service from the time that I walked through the front door. I can't imagine ever going to another car dealership. This experience is one that I will always cherish.

    Bought a car over ten years ago and still running , traded in not because it was failing but I was tired of it , Fred's made it possible to get another car with no complications , very easy to deal with them , no pressure , you are in control . I trust the quality of cars they have , I am proof of it , so with out any doubt I would recommend this institution to any body that wish to purchase a vehicle .Further more I feel like am family when I arrive there . Definitely I highly recommend Fred's Executive Auto for their service , quality and friendliness .

    My family has been burnt in the past from the hot shot Toyota dealers in Woodbridge. You cannot trust anything they say. We went into this purchase feeling the same way. That was until we met Tony and Kasim at Fred's Executive Auto. We were made to feel important and treated like family. This dealership is absolutely the Best. In the future, every vehicle we purchase will be from them. We highly recommend!! LS
