    I had pretty much written this dealership off after they would not accept a full sticker offer during covid. I contacted them this weekend regarding a new Silverado EV I was interested in. I wasn’t expecting to even stop by, but by Sunday night I had a new truck! Ryan Hoffman was very professional and actually knew his product well. Did not have a sales guy vibe, but rather a car enthusiasts vibe. I was able to stack multiple discounts, which is usually not allowed. Overall a stress free and easygoing experience with everyone I came in contact with. Not the same dealership it was 5 years ago. I highly recommend.

    We originally made an appointment to look at a specific vehicle but drove away with another! When we arrived, the vehicle was already pulled up and ready to go. Our amazing salesman (Jake) was very knowledgeable about what he had in stock and after explaining him exactly why we were looking for a vehicle, he showed us a couple of options. He found us a vehicle that better suited our needs then what we originally went there for! He made what easily could have been a very stressful experience into a enjoyable one for my wife and I. We really appreciated that and will be looking to purchase our next vehicle with him too!

    I went in one day and it was not a great experience, secondary to the energy and experience with the manager on that day. The next day I go back in and talk to a different manager. That’s when my experience improved a manager was actually trying to sell a car and was fully supportive of his salesman and the way that I wanted to experience buying a new truck. I’d buy another car as long as I had the same salesman and the same manager.

    Been searching for a vehicle for months. Never had any luck. Dealer after dealer. And none. But this place, I had the most best experience anyone can have. They treated my family and myself with respect and showed so much hospitality. They worked with me for 6 hours. And made sure I left with the vehicle I wanted. They didn’t try and give me a different vehicle. All the sales representatives and mangers showed nothing but the best for me. I drove an hour away to buy this vehicle from them, and I will continue going there.

  • STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!

    This place is the epitome of all the nightmarish “car dealership” stereotypes. If you get the “deal” I negotiated, you’re going to spend more of your hard earned money. They have absolutely zero desire to build relationships or be in the business of people. It’s all about the instant gratifying dollar. No investment and no internet in “loyalty.” Unlike ANY dealership at which we’ve shopped, they charge a ridiculous $3k “market adjustment” for a Tahoe, like it’s a bespoke vehicle for a refined family. It’s a Chevy bro! Snuggly sit behind their gaudy desk and waive the customer away for even ASKING to negotiate. Although trading your car at the dealership is never a good idea, they offered less than any other dealership and just said “no” to any negotiation. I’d you want to SPEND MORE money….THIS IS YOUR PLACE!

    James Payne was very courteous and informed. A pleasure to have dealt with. If there is one thing I wasn’t satisfied with is the fact that a set price was not given to me on what could be given for my trade in. I was told you could possibly give me X amount not a concrete figure. Then woudn’t negotiate on the price of the vehicle. It was a decent deal but not an excellent one.
