This place is the epitome of all the nightmarish “car dealership” stereotypes. If you get the “deal” I negotiated, you’re going to spend more of your hard earned money. They have absolutely zero desire to build relationships or be in the business of people. It’s all about the instant gratifying dollar. No investment and no internet in “loyalty.” Unlike ANY dealership at which we’ve shopped, they charge a ridiculous $3k “market adjustment” for a Tahoe, like it’s a bespoke vehicle for a refined family. It’s a Chevy bro! Snuggly sit behind their gaudy desk and waive the customer away for even ASKING to negotiate. Although trading your car at the dealership is never a good idea, they offered less than any other dealership and just said “no” to any negotiation. I’d you want to SPEND MORE money….THIS IS YOUR PLACE!
