  • Avoid at all costs

We went there because they had a Prius coming in in a few days that met our requirements. We took our trade in and reached an agreement on the trade-in value. They didn't give me anything in writing (my fault) When we picked up the car… in a few days the trade-in value dropped $1000! The salesman said that that was the amount originally quoted and our SUV had dropped value in less than a week (Yes he actually said both reasons- which proves he was lying) We ended up spliting the difference, but I still am out $500. By the way I love my Prius!

We tried to buy a car there, one that we really liked, but they were very dis-respectful, slow, had an attitude etc. The first reviewer was right one, right out of the seventies is a good way to put it. In fact I know they are out of the… seventies because they are owned by Miller Toyota in Manasass who is right out of the seventies. They don't even have the intestinal fortitude to put their real name on the dealership but call themselves Warrenton Toyota instead of Miller who the really are. If it wasn't for the hybrid rage, they would have been out of business a long time ago. I will not buy from them ever.

this dealership is right out of the 1970s. Everything that is wrong with car salesman is contained in their employee manual. They're [violative content deleted] -- and that's their good points! I did a lot of research on the car that I… wanted an on the trade-in value that I have. They wasted two hours of my time, were not honest about the price they quoted me on the Internet, tried this only $1000 worth of useless coatings that should've included with the price of the car and finally, offered to take my car (a 2006 Infiniti with 29,000 miles in perfect condition) as a trade-in for what I had in payoff. Essentially although even Edmonds recognizes that I had only $6000 in equity -- these [violative content deleted] thought I'd be stupid enough to give them my car and pay above sticker price for the theirs. I think because hybrids were all the rage these guys believe they have a license to steal and lie. I test drove a 2009 Camry hybrid. Perhaps it gets good gas mileage but at best it's maybe worth 24/25 thousand dollars. Their real price when we get to the bottom line was 32 and change. I spent time on the Internet and on the phone with these guys and explained everything in detail to them because they did not want to have them waste my time. They did waste my time -- but more than that they were [violative content deleted] and I felt very ill treated. Don't spend a nickel with these [violative content deleted]. Like they said there are [violative content deleted] and you can put that in a bank.

Staff are extremely nice and know exactly what the product is they are selling. Dealership is very neat and clean, everyone was very friendly. This was a great experience, and I love my new car!

Few of the best things I liked about Warrenton Toyota is their honesty in doing business, willingness to negotiate with customer to make a balanced deal and respect for customer’s hard earned money (They did not pinch money out of my… pocket with some hidden and/or some false tax rate/cost). These qualities in their sales team (I worked with Chad, Louis and John) provided me immense satisfaction of buying a car at their dealership.
