He was very honest, professional, easy to talk to, knowledgeable and maintained a sense of urgency throughout the entire process. Jon was very thorough in answering all of my questions prior to me visiting… the showroom since I traveled an hour to get to this dealership. Jon even took the time to make a live video to show me the vehicles on the lot. Both Jon and Amanda made me feel welcomed and had a ton of patience. I have already recommended and shared their business cards.Top Notch Customer Service

I spoke with Barb first and she was super helpful and sweet, she even did a personalized video if the car for me!!! She let me know that she wanted my business but… gave me plenty of room to shop, I appreciate that!!! I then spoke with Papa and he gave me a deal I could not pass up, so off to Virginia I went (I live in nc). When I arrived I spoke with Barb and met Amanda Carroll. She was amazing!! So down to earth and easy to talk to!! She is also very knowledgeable of the cars she sales. After getting everything straight we went to see Lawrence BRIGHT he finished everything up financially and was very quick and efficient. He was also very knowledgeable and could answer all questions and explain everything (I ask a ton of questions). I would recommend HALL HONDA in Va Beach to anybody looking for an amazing buying experience. Thanks guys you were amazing!!!!!Thank you for your earnest response! I met Gary who helped me in explaining the features and various breeds of Honda Pilot. He is very cool and patience to answer all of my… questions starting from features of the car to my budget. Always understand customers intention and helped to fulfill my needs. Followed by Gary, I have been introduced to Lawrence who explains each and every corner of Financing, what will be monthly spent. Based on my economics he did suggested me very good options to chose for monthly payment. Outstanding Customer Service

This was our second visit at this location and during our first visit he delivered the same amount of concern, understanding and honesty. Dealing with car maintenance can be a hassle and… can cause a feeling of distrust, however; Corbitt eliminated this feeling and got the job done. We will be returning in the next few weeks to take care of some other issues we are having with our vehicle and trust that Corbitt will take care of us. The reason I chose Hall is because they had one thing that none of the others could offer, Tommy Hancock. Tommy promised on day one that he… could get me the car I wanted for the price I wanted and came through in the end. Tommy sets himself apart from other salesman with outstanding service and a no pressure approach. He provided me with door to door service when I didn't have transportation and personally cleaned and detailed my car when I wasn't happy with the appearance. Tommy will tell to think of him as another feature of the vehicle because he comes with the car and in my opinion that has been the best feature of all.
