He assisted me with finding my new SUV. He was very thorough and explained… everything. Manager, Papa and Victoria with finance were also wonderful! At Hall pre-owned, I was treated kindly, respectfully and best of all I left in a new car (new to me, it was a 2020)! This was the 4th dealership I tried and now… know I won't go anywhere else! Customer service is excellent!! I had to bring my car in for service, and Marcus Burrus (my… salesperson) came right over to greet me and got the process going. He took me on a brief tour to explain how I would bring it in for regular service. by Richard Grafton Fentress on 07/08/2022Well today was one of those days, when you say I knew better when I did it. In 2017 I purchased a new Honda from Hall Honda of Va Beach. Reluctantly, I purchased an extended warranty. The warranty was purchased through Hall Honda ,and the… warranty company was Fidelity Warranty Services in Deerfield Florida. This warranty was to cover me for 6 years or 72,000 miles. My vehicle has 48,000 miles on it now. However, today I found out the rear tail light assembly had to be replaced (moisture inside) and light is not working. The cost to repair is $361.00. Guess what? the warranty does not cover that. Hall Honda is just as guilty as Fidelity for selling this inferior product. Be careful when buying an extended auto warranty from a dealer. It's a racket!!! The owner's response: I was to return on Friday, to have my vehicle repaired. They also stated, to have an "Amenable Solution" I returned on Thursday per service agent. Had my vehicle repaired. However the charge was $382.32 not $361.73 as previously told. What is so "Amenable" about that?Thank you for your feedback, Grafton. Now all you need is a Sale Man, and the sales man to ask for is Mr. Anas, he is truly amazing. He is very proficient,… professional, and most of all Mr Anas works until he is able to get you into a car. I went to Mr.Anas thinking I would not get a vehicle unless it was super high down payments, or monthly’s however Mr. Anas proved me wrong. I left that dealership driving.
