As you can see I continue to bring my business to one dealership. There are good reasons for my loyalty. One: The Customer… Service is the best in the business. This trip I had Vicki Sexton as my Sales person. She was marvelous. She took me around to the see the inventory at the dealership, but nothing peaked my interest. Without missing a beat she sat me down and pulled up her computer. She sat with me through the process of building my new 2024 Mini Cooper Countryman S ALL4 from scratch. I had tried it on line myself and the process was okay but I really needed an expert to help me make some critical choices. Vicki was that expert! If you want someone to help you from start to finish/delivery, Ms. Vicki Sexton is your go to sales person. Hopefully she will be there to help me purchase my next Mini. Keep up the fantastic work Vicki. I really appreciated everything you help me with. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new Mini.

Even after buying the car, I found a small flaw and Corie directed me in the right direction to the right department number to get it rectified.
