    Brought my mini in for routine maintenance at 30k mi. Oil and spark plugs changed. Friendly service staff reasonable price but would have been nice if this were covered by the warranty. My car was over 3 yrs old so they got me!

    The communication with service department was excellent throughout the process !!! A++ The repairs were made in a timely fashion the car was returned clean and runs great. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable in discussing issues

    Daniel, the service advisor, told me everything that needed to be done. The work was done in the amount of time that he estimated. He gave an explanation of the warranty of the tire that was replaced. Very professional.

    I like knowing the car is being taken care of so I don't have to worry or be concerned about it. The service manager and all the staff are never too busy to be friendly.
