Only thing I was disappointed in with this last service is that my vehicle didn’t get the courtesy car wash… that usually is done with every service. I just shelled out close to $3K on maintenance so would have liked to have had the car wash.Karen, thank you for the kind feedback about Steven & the team here at Ourisman Honda of Tysons Corner. We apologize for missing the courtesy car wash this time around; we'll make sure to address it in future visits. Your satisfaction is important to us!

Busy Saturday in Tysons
by I J on 02/04/2025I liked the sales people who were competent and good humored. My son in law probably got me a good price as best I can tell. The SUV I wanted In the color I wanted was available after conversations between sales person, Roberto, and my son… in law. Unfortunately I did not understand declining the Honda “ Drive “ May cause me problems. I should have asked for more information. The person who did the finances was also nice and competent. However as an elderly person I did not want that sent to me electronically but a paper copy which did not appear available at the time. Later the salesman did offer to print it out and I could pick it up. Since this dealer is not near me, I asked again for the electronic version which may have been sent but which I did not knowingly receive. I the end I left a message and the financial officer in charge sent it to me.Thank you for sharing your experience with Ourisman Honda of Tysons Corner. The service is abysmal, the advisors are unprofessional and dismissive, and the overall communication is terrible. Every interaction I've had with them has… left me frustrated and disappointed. The staff is often unresponsive and unhelpful, showing little interest in resolving issues or providing even basic customer service. This isn’t just a one-time occurrence—it's a systematic problem across the entire team at this dealership. As a loyal Honda customer, I'm deeply disappointed that such poor practices are allowed to continue. If this dealership doesn't improve, I fear they will continue to drive away customers. I strongly urge anyone considering service here to think twice. Honda North America needs to take action and address the serious issues at this location.Michael, thank you for the review. Great Customer Service!

I had stopped coming to this particular Honda because I felt the last few visits, the customer service wasn’t the same. Driving all the way from DC, I didn’t want to be treated… poorly. I decided to give Honda of Tysons corner another try. I’m glad I did! I requested for front brakes to be replaced and oil change. Victor advised me my front brakes were still good. That I can actually go another 10-15,000 miles. I really appreciated the honesty. They could’ve easily taken my money but they didn’t. I’m grateful!! I was given some other services that needed immediate attention, even provided some photos which helped my decision to move forward or not. Thank you Victor for great customer service!!! I’ll definitely be back 👍🏽We're so glad you gave Ourisman Honda of Tysons Corner another chance and had a positive experience with Victor! We agreed to come in and test drive a 2025 Honda CR-V at 1:00 pm. Ramtin greeted us promptly and had the car… ready to go when we arrived. He was able to quickly answer all of our questions. Not only did we test drive this lovely car, we walked out the door at 3:00 pm with keys in hand! The process could not have been easier. Thank you, thank you Ramtin and the rest of the Ourisman employees who helped get us out of there with an amazing new safe and reliable car for our mother-in-law (before my husband's "hanger" took over).
