Ourisman Honda of Tysons Corner

I liked the sales people who were competent and good humored. My son in law probably got me a good price as best I can tell. The SUV I wanted In the color I wanted was available after conversations between sales person, Roberto, and my son in law. Unfortunately I did not understand declining the Honda “ Drive “ May cause me problems. I should have asked for more information. The person who did the finances was also nice and competent. However as an elderly person I did not want that sent to me electronically but a paper copy which did not appear available at the time. Later the salesman did offer to print it out and I could pick it up. Since this dealer is not near me, I asked again for the electronic version which may have been sent but which I did not knowingly receive. I the end I left a message and the financial officer in charge sent it to me.
