    I originally bought a Lincoln MKX - decided to return it due to personal preferences. I though the dealership would somehow back out of their 5 day return policy, but they were true to their word. Mark assisted me in the entire process. I… brought the MKX back and bought an Audi Q5. Mark really listened to all my concerns and had a solution to everything. Flawless experience! I will definitely come back when I buy a company vehicle.
