I originally bought a Lincoln MKX - decided to return it due to personal preferences. I though the dealership would somehow back out of their 5 day return policy, but they were true to their word. Mark assisted me in the entire process. I brought the MKX back and bought an Audi Q5. Mark really listened to all my concerns and had a solution to everything. Flawless experience! I will definitely come back when I buy a company vehicle.
