Amazing Staff - Efficient Process

I asked to take a test drive, Gary obliged and was exceptional in providing info around the vehicle. There was no pressure from… him to make the sale that day and I came back two days later after speaking on the phone to complete the sale of a recently arrived Arteon. Finance office was quick and didn't pressure to purchase additional items that weren't needed. Thanks for making it such a painless process and I appreciate the efficient manner you all made the sale.Easy Comfortable buying experience

James Anderson (salesman) did an outstanding job of coordination and the management team provided excellent support by pricing the vehicle well,… offering top value for the vehicle we were trading, and coordinating all the details. I have bought two other VW's at competing Richmond dealerships and this was BY FAR the best experience of the three. Thanks guys!Great experience
