James is a top notch sales employee of VW. He was very helpful and we did not feel pressured us in anyway. He helped us find a Atlas and got it shipped in for us. Process of buying was very smooth. Even though we did see another car at another dealer we did go with this location because of being able to work with James. Thank you for your help James
