by Tonya and Jesse Chavis on 12/08/2024On April 18, 2024, my husband entrusted Mercedes with the repair of his inoperable Mercedes convertible top. Despite multiple attempts and significant financial investment, the issue remains unresolved. To date, we have paid a total of… $14,344.32 for repairs, including initial costs, additional charges for recurring leaks, and subsequent attempts to address the underlying problem. Each time the vehicle was returned, the convertible top continued to malfunction, often leading to inconvenient and potentially dangerous situations. Despite numerous attempts to contact the dealership, including calls to service managers and leaving messages, we have received no response or resolution. This lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. We are deeply disappointed by the dealership's inability to rectify the issue and their disregard for our concerns. They have not responded to our BBB complaint either. We are now seeking legal counsel to address this matter and recover our financial losses. We urge Mercedes to take immediate action to resolve this issue and provide adequate compensation for the inconvenience and financial burden we have endured.Another Amazing Service Appointment

The service area is quite large with armchairs, tables and chairs - and thankfully the TV is not loud (no one was watching or listening so why… not ditch it altogether - its more of a nuisance as people are on their phones anyway). Good freshly ground coffee machine, nice selection of snacks. All the staff are helpful and courteous.Service
