by drque1990 on 04/24/2015I was extremely dissatisfied with this service experience. First, I was given a price to replace struts that did not include the strut mounts. Then, I was quoted one price for the strut mounts later during the day, and then quoted another… price that was $200 higher the following day. The final price was over $500 more than the original price given to me. If the original price was an estimate, then I would not be as dissatisfied, but the original quote was given as the final price of the repair. I had several issues with this experience. For a certified dealership to even try to replace worn out struts without replacing strut mounts is bad practice from the start. Then to have two different prices given to me after my truck had been there for two days is also bad practice. Between this experience and the another previous service experience at this dealership, I must say that this will be the last time I will be bringing any vehicle to this dealership.great service

The main reason for my consistent business is the quality of customer service. I… also have enjoyed great service on my vehicle. He took the time to let us look around and then took me out to test drive the two trucks I was most interested in. Came back,… had my car appraised and it was pretty much easy sailing after that. Instead of it taking 6hrs to buy a car we were out in three and half of that was going over the extended warranty with the compliance officer. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and experience.Wonderful experience. ASK FOR JANET!

They offered us options and allowed us to take our time to decide on a vehicle. No haggling. No strong-arm tactics. No games. We told… her exactly what we wanted and she and C.J. made it happen...like magic! Janet was WONDERFUL to work with. We had a GREAT experience.Good service

They had to keep it because they couldn't find out what was wrong with it that day. They called me to pick it up on Monday. When I got there I had a cracked… windshield. I talked to all the managers and they all stated they were not responsible. Looking at me key ring a notice a tag on it from " smileys mobile glass repair". Now how did that get there? Of course they said they didn't know. And to top it off they tried to steal me handicap tag. After searching for it in the car, I went back and they went and got it out of the back and stated that they had to take it out of the car to work on the dash, as if the car isn't big enough to hold the tag while they work.I've been trying to call corporate and have yet to talk to someone to resolve this matter. This is the worst experience ever. Don't take you're vehicle there they are [non-permissible content removed] and not to be trusted not even the managers, bill s and bill c. You will walk in with one problem and leave with more!!! I only gave them one star because I couldn't leave none!!FAIR TRADE

I have found the entire sales team to be courteous, professional,… and very knowledgeable about GM vehicles. There has never been any pressure to buy, and I have always gotten a fair deal for my trade-in vehicle. I like the "no hassle" approach. The sales team takes the time to explain new vehicle features, warranty options, maintenance schedules, and any other questions that I might have before and after leaving the dealership. I always leave with the vehicle that "I" really want, and very comfortable driving and operating my vehicle.awful service

He has excellent customer service skills and really listens to what you want and what you can afford.
